Unfortunately, once a package has been refused at the delivery point, it is out of our hands, and we cannot be held responsible for any issues that result from that.
It’s important to note that it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure their delivery can be accepted. If someone at your address turned it away—whether a family member or otherwise—that’s something only you can resolve with the courier.
We always aim to help where possible, but in this case, the situation is not due to any fault on our end. Threatening us with a dispute over a matter outside our control is not a constructive way forward. However, if you still feel the need to raise a dispute, you’re welcome to do so.
