My two pence on this one. Who's doing who the favour? Not just yourself but all vendors I use. I reach out because you have delights I don't need but crave ๐คฃ you the bosses. Bin a dud customer, can you cancel orders and bar offenders that don't display a level of gratitude?
As a customer, if I feel I get a bad deal, my dosh isn't going to flow easily again in that direction. Luckily only one on my swerve list, but wasn't worth a dispute as I cheapskated on delivery. It's a 2 way system. Mutual expectations on both sides. As a seller, if someone wasn't happy with your merchandise, let them continue the hunt to a merchant. As a buyer, if it isn't up to scratch, trial and error, try another. ๐ซถ
