Hi all, I placed an order on 9/12, but I still haven’t received it. I’ve contacted the vendor several times to ask for an update and also requested the tracking number, but the only response I keep getting is that it’s “on the way” and that I’ll receive it “really soon”.
I’m starting to think that Oro Verde Inc (the seller) may not have dispatched my order yet.
Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
