It's now 21 days since the original order was put in, 7 days ago GC got back to me to say it wasn't sent and he'd sent it with a bit extra that night and still nothing here yet. Messaged him 2 or 3 days ago to get a tracking number and he's not checked messages. I'm a patient guy but this is beyond anything I've experienced on lb now.

Never had an issue with GC before, however ordered on the 29th sent in the first and still nothing.
Contacted GC 3 days ago, waited got a reply for address now waiting another two days for a reply on tracking number...postie has just driven past again.
Really don't want to open a dispute, but I'll give them until this evening and if I hear nothing I think I'll have to.

Too many overentitled customers on LB, a small few ruin it for the majority. I've had my fair share of people have a go at me because Royal Mail had delays / cut off was missed.

People don't consider that you don't have massive teams of staff behind the scenes running things... It's an illegal business, this should be common sense.

I also feel as if some users onsite will be deliberately sore or a pain in the arse in an attempt to score a free smoke, but that's another story for another time...

I had one bigga last week say his shatter didn't arrive, checked the tracking, there was a picture of the parcel at his front door...

I send him his tracking, proceeds to say he's "going down to the Delivery Office as he hasn't got his parcel"... Okay, sure mate... 😉😂

Too many chancers on Littlebiggy now, honesty is getting rarer and rarer. People need to realise the risks vendors take to get them their smoke. I understand some people use weed to medicate but if the postman doesn't turn up, its 99% likely not the vendors fault.

I agree with what you say but it would help them a lot if they gave the tracking number, that way at least customer can check the progress and wont hassle you. I know you will say its for security reasons but a lot on here do send you it. Royal Mail are always late now, it offers piece of mind at least you can tell it going through the system. I then just chill and wait, its the not knowing for days that makes you anxious its been nicked by RM. Thanks

Long time buyer hire I think this shows how genuine he is just by the fact he's acknowledged communication can be and slow and post can take a bit longer . Understandably it can be frustrating if you're waiting for something and you're expecting it to come and it doesn't and I'm sure green cat has taken this on board and doesn't want to lose his customers hence he has publicly said he is going to compensate people with genuine cases. Remember this is a person no one is perfect we all make mistakes and it's how you deal with them going forward

This is why I still use GC. The pros out weigh the cons. OK things can be a bit slower but jesus where do we get off. The complaints recently have been completely unjustified and looks more like petulant kids with zero patience than any faults of GC. Saying that he is a vendor who wins up every single time too and compensates. Long live GC, he will continue to have my support ❤️❤️
