I don't know but what I do know is that it is probably safer for you not having to rely on the street.
And cheaper too.
Personally LB has changed my life for the better: after a year I have stopped smoking entirely (my Vapcap has been gathering dust for 6 months now) and my drinking has shrunk by a tenfold.
I rely exclusively on a diet of edibles and microdosing.
That and a couple of drinks every other weekend.
