Yeah. My gf convinced me to do an additional 1.7g when it was around (always set a stopwatch, dear readers!) the 2 hour point of initial ingestion. Didn't massively trip, didn't cry, so ergo not the psychedelic experience hoped for. All at once, or don't bother with extra, no matter what anyone tells you. They probably want to sell you more shrooms when you run out... Oh, and grind it up to start!

My mum + I both use it for sleep, after eating i dose it out on a chewy sweet (like a percy pig lol) and just eat normally. An hour in and im zombied.

I saw a video on YouTube one person put a rice grain size on to baking paper and put it in the freezer for 10-15 mins then he just swallowed it, seems less likely to cause a mess.

Been making my own FECO lately and have found that diluting it in MCT oil makes it easier to dose from a dropper bottle under the tongue. I find it most helpful when rubbed in to sore joints so have been putting it in rollerball bottles💚

I squeeze some onto a piece of toilet paper Lol put it under the tongue and let it absorb sublingually for a few minutes before swallowing.

Sublingual absorption of THC is quicker

But can be shorter in duration.

I personally put 2 drops in hot chocolate, stir and drink if it’s in syringe form.

Or sometimes I make capsules if I want accurate doses

Used to take it neat but sometimes got a bit messy.
I mix it 4:1 with MCT oil and use a dropper. Much easier to keep tabs on quantity and also no mess

Exuding it on to a Rizla (silver, obviously... silently judging your rolling skills otherwise...) is my current method of choice after discussing this many times with B0W and it was mainly over my (Hulk) finger and teeth that I was convinced to change methodology.

Looking in the mirror while trying to get it out of parts of my teeth and consume it properly, I felt like some kabuki performance that had tried to smear too much nori as a cheap black teeth alternative...

I smear it over a rizla.
Put in end of finger then add to the chocolate in my mouth.
Mixed it in a cartridge with some disty.
I even accidentally added to my tea when heating up the syringe.. was a nice twist on tea. Try it.

I would empty a Beachams cold and flu capsule and fill that up with my RSO it would smash me up for a couple of days.

You can get empty capsules off amazon and fill them yourself. Check the sizes though I got 00 which are pretty big, fine for my mct diluted oil but probably bigger than you need for pure rso.

I'm a fan of melting it straight into chocolate too. Really good for dosing. Silicon moulds off Amazon work good to reform it back into a bar or individual pieces. I aim for around 20-30mg a piece.

Not necessary but worth tempering the chocolate so it doesn't have to be kept in the fridge too, much easier than it first appears after a few goes 🤣. Just need a thermometer, BBC food has a good guide.
