Message the vendor from the order if you haven't already, when were they last online? What does their manifesto say about processing times / postal days?

Most vendors are quite happy to update you if you drop them a message and if they aren't I would probably stay away or be cautious

Manifest says to buyer with in 3/6 days , messaged but no response, as it still saying paid but not sent , i’ll see if any thing happens over the weekend .

If the vendor hasn't resolved your issue after the weekend (some vendors don't operate on the weekend) please let us all know who it is so customers can avoid spending their hard earned with them until the issue is sorted. I've been seeing an awful lot of this recently and it all leads back to the same conclusion, selective scamming.

I have a theory that a few of the bigger vendors on here send out inferior quality packs to newer, less active customers on site but anyone who is actually active on the topics gets the nice stuff.

We seem to have had a couple of these recently.

You are entitled to get the items that you order. Quality is subjective. Good comms solves everything. Sometimes opening a dispute (available from day 9) also opens up the required dialogue. Most disputes are resolved and then cancelled without Borgs having to settle them.

Be very clear and fair (and polite) with the vendor as to the precise nature of the problem and how you see it being resolved. You don’t need to delay opening your dispute as this simply protects your coin and can be cancelled once resolved.

Hey Oddbot, you’re doing the right thing by contacting the seller. Give them some time to respond and find a suitable solution for you. If you’re not happy then you have the dispute route to go down, but chances are seller will want to resolve outside of this. Hope you get sorted soon ✌️

I really just hope it is a mix up dude because i have had a few different items from the vendor and all have been quality, hopefully it will get sorted without a dispute 😉

It all adds up with being unhappy with the product to the amount of time consumed over it. Rather than enjoying it. If like me You probably procrastinated over posting for advice because you don’t want to be a dick about it but you want advice and it sorted.

Thanks for all the advice much appreciated , the vender replied eventually just asking for the delivery postcode, which iv sent, but no other coms at all ,i have to give the vender the benefit of doubt and give it till tuesday and hopefully vender will let me know whats happening, i think friday i can start a dispute , but as iv said could do with out all the aggro, thanks again , Stay High ; )

Same had nothing arrive yet and no messages back from seller have disputed. Seems like this is becoming a regular thing on LB these days.

Because LB is the FB of marketplaces. Lots of vulnerable customers to take advantage of.

If You dispute it Does that put a bad mark on your name As well as the sellers?

Typically, however when a seller is fraud suspected disputes are generally dealt with differently and leave no impact on the buyers page.

I can’t guarantee this, as with anything on this site god knows when and how it works.

Not typically true, if u look at mine I have 0.4 dispute rate.

This was from a someone doing a intro offer scam. Was apparent real early too, but I let LB know who, said a dispute would not be put on my account cause it's a scam.

Once the dispute was over I was left with a dispute on my account
