When I got my tracking it says shipped on the 22th

After ask for clarification they reply with : Sorry bro we was understaff last week we ship it yesterday..

Like what? Then you shouldn't marked it as shipped as I would be able to cancel it...

Oh well let's wait another week and see if they are pranksters or what...

Don't know exactly how it works here for sellers, but sounds like they are trying to drag out the process as long as possible so the refund window closes and they can cash out as much as possible. Lets say they get 50 orders, they drag them out for 4-6 weeks and then they can run with whatever money they made from that.

Mine turned up yesterday after 13 days. Got an Oz of boofscotti, and although its not top shelf cali, it is very nice and when you add in the price, the value is amazing!!

Lol we back here again. Just seen 3 posts aBout this place. And my knowledge was right all along I warned people aswel but something not right from the off to me! They lur people in lot of foreign country's trying this you know. They know customers want top notch for cheap price so the persuasion is there already if you are not so sure about how it all works etc bless man just dispute asap

Hey Biggas it’s time for Eddys 420 competition, im starting early to give everyone a chance to get involved.

I’m going to run a classic random number generator competition I know I always do the same style comp but again they seem to never get taken down so makes life easy.

Its hard to say if its just the Algo responding to the dispute %, which is unfair on an overseas vendor when biggas are just protecting their coin due to shipping time.
I've never seen a *fraud suspected* reversed though....

Can I give you some advice? It’s very hard to break through as a new vendor on LB. Buyers are rightly sceptical especially when prices look too good to be true. But as you found out at least 25 Biggas were prepared to take the risk. Where you fell down was poor comms- tracking that was late or not supplied, and not continually answering questions on these topics.

When it goes quiet Biggas will register a dispute to protect their coin and cancel it if the goods arrive. Too many disputes and admin will suspend the store as has happened.

But you are now getting good reviews, which hopefully will see the disputes cancelled and your store reopened. You will then need a method of quick dispatch at your end (premium post?) and maintain constant comms on here and via messaging.

It's a shame. If I had the guts to order from Thailand I would have waited until near the time the dispute window closed to dispute. At least this would have given the package enough time to be delivered and see if indeed it was a scam or not, which it looks like it was not. However, if the Thai guys had engaged more on the public forum they may have been able to reassure people enough to allay their concerns and prevent mass disputage.

there is only 2 things they need to make sure of, tracking numbers are given out within 3 days and delivery is within 10 days, weed is now legal in Thailand and there are thousands of growers so they are all competing for the same baht, they dont have to worry about prison anymore so the prices can be very cheap compared to illegal, tomato plants are legal and take same time and energy to grow as weed, i can also see a lot of vendors shitting themselves as they only have access to illegal expensive weed and will do whatever they can to shit on others as they feel threatened, the honest truth is stoners have been ripped off for years, about time that was changed

in tourist areas yes for sure, go out in the sticks and is very cheap, who wants to drive 100 miles to go get a zip, that being said you dont have to go so far of beaten track in some areas, the weed is the best in world, you just got to find it, i no people that live there

We have shipped and received plenty products to other countries and from our experience, the smaller the parcel the quicker it is. And it is the safest option

Fair enough. Then an hour after that my order has changed to sent, no tracking yet however. Will update when that changes 👍

Like others here have bought regularly from an overseas supplier in the Middle East with no issues whatsoever. How long does it typically take for a package to be delivered from Thailand to the UK? If it's more than 3 weeks I can see a lot of biggas disputing as the dispute window closes 3 weeks after purchase.
