I’m thinking about trying to use paxful as I am uk based and haven’t had much success since my cex account stopped letting me buy bitcoin is paxful a good option or what? Also I am not sure I understand the wallet thing am I able to send direct to lb from a paxful/ pay is etc wallet or will that get it shut down and if so what on earth am I meant to do??sorry crypto idiot here..

Good to see that paxful is back. The good thing about peer to peer sites is that you can find people to buy from directly just be aware of scammers always best to meet in person for larger amounts

What would you consider a larger amount? And how do you get people to meet you in person? Is this a thing? How does meeting confirm the transaction?

Search for people who do cash in person and arrange a meeting. They are all people so you just have to make contact and get to an arrangement. Have a crypto wallet seperate from paxful to get coins paid in and to pay for your orders.

Coinbase Alternative?

Randomly had my coinbase account reviewed so can’t send there. Any alternatives can sign up same day and send BTC to wallets?

They are doing random checks I think. Mine was reviewed and consequently cleared for use in a day or so.

Yes try Paybis, I was able to sign up and send bitcoin on the same day and account verification was really fast too.

There mobile app is dead easy to buy and send bitcoin from.

I used paybis for a while and it was nice and easy, however after a few buys they closed my account and wouldn't give a reason

That's strange are you UK based and did you verify your account using ID?

Not an expert on the matter but I think a lot of the alternatives that are available in the UK now have to make you wait 24 hours from signing up before you can make your 1st purchase :(
