If you're in Ireland and you're looking at Nero's prices and thinking "That's a really good price", don't bother. That's what I had thought to myself in October 2022 when I placed my first order with him. I got in contact with Nero to put in for a custom order (4oz - Diff strains) to which he created on one of his Products and I put the order through.
First pack (full 4z) was sent and took roughly 2 weeks but was siezed by customs and I received the empty envelope, along with a love letter. He then tried a second time to send it to another address and the same thing happened, siezed and a love letter sent out to me. This was attempted 4 times! Fair play to him for the resends, but when it doesn't show the first or second time, you need to either do something about the stealth of the pack or just send the money back. As a result of this, I received 4 love letters in the space of 2 months.
We talked and he agreed on trying to send out either 1oz or a half oz to see if it would land. I said to try the half, if that lands we can bump it up to an oz. I managed to get a half oz in Jan 2023, 3 months later. There were then multiple attempts at trying to send over either an Oz or a half and they still didn't make it, and I received multiple love letters again!
Still ongoing, still back and forth. The latest is that he would send me half the money back (€300), which is more than accomodating given the circumstances, but when I asked when it would be sent over, I received "The crypto fees are too high at the moment", bare in mind that I had offered other means of payment, because the fees are not going down anytime soon. Now, I'm €600 down, granted he's lost a good bit of product, but that's the nature of the business. But I would like to get this resovled once and for all.
