Did you order from LV also or someone else?

I think this is more of a royal mail issue rather then a vendor specific issue as I've just a read a new topic from SuperMarijuana who said none of there parcels have even been scanned in to the network yet!

I know how you feel man i guess there is a delay with Royal Mail then. Just have to be patient hopefully it turns up tommorrow. With Christmas fast approaching maybe that's not helping things either.

I’ve noticed a few LV complaint posts recently. I don’t know anything beyond what I’ve read but most posts end up saying it arrived eventually.

I myself have noticed packages taking a day or two longer because of RM, not the vendors, so it may also be that.

If it still hasn’t arrived when the dispute window opens, make sure you keep your options open as it is your only real protection here.

I'm gonna give it till tommorrow before I start getting concerned.

These site issues arent helping. Are you communicating with them on tor?...not all vendors use it....

9 days from your order a dispute tab will appear on your order page. If you haven't received it by then, raise a dispute for a refund from LB....

I think you've already done the right thing by contacting the vendor. If you paid for NDD there should be tracking available. Even if they do not want to share it, some vendors don't, they can at least check for you.

RM has been dropping the ball with its deliveries recently, but 4 days for NDD seems a lot. If the vendor doesn't respond then you'll have to wait for the dispute window to open. I'd be surprised if you don't hear back, has the vendor been online since you contacted them? Good luck mate, hope it all works out.

Not to sure if if they have been online I did message them yesterday early and still not heard anything yet so I'm hoping I get a response soon so much for a chill weekend lol.

If you click on their profile you should be able to see when they were last online and also if they have seen the message you have sent.

Contact Transaxe support and raise a dispute if they don’t respond. After that you’ll def hear back with a resolution:)

Kind of wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and use the dispute option as a last resort but I think I will have to as Monday would be close to a week for ndd

Monday is bank holiday so probably should wait until Tuesday..

Also if you goto the vendors page it should tell you when the vendor last used/checked his messages.

Yeah I just saw it was over 24hrs ago they where online guessing they are off for the weekend now.

Apologies for the problems you experienced with the vendor. It would have been helpful to receive a response from them, indicating whether the shipment was dispatched on the same day. Once you receive the tracking information, you will be able to determine the specific day the item was sent.
