Ordered from Green Cat for the first time around midnight on Sunday, was hoping it would be sent sometime today before the 3pm cut off advertised on his profile however it looks like it hasn't been sent.

Every other vendor I've bought from have always sent within their cut off period but I guess Green Cat must just be very busy. Also the first vendor not to respond to my comms.

I'm in no rush to receive the product as my stash is still full but definitely not a great first impression delivery wise however I'm sure the product will be banging and will arrive eventually.

Some of his products are banging but not best customer service but if he's running it on his own fare play .
You'll be happy with you purchase and i dont think the service will put you off.

Apologies for the bad comms it seems like last week some orders were marked as sent but weren’t re shipping now with compensation sorry for the inconvenience.

Royal Mail are absolutely useless. I can't believe they're demanding more money when they can't even do the basics. It's not like it's a difficult job.

Yeah i see cardiff and newport have small issues but it dont come through wales as far as i know thats why i want a tracker as if its delayed any longer at least i can go some where else while i wait ,ive had an order from saturday come today no problem so why one ordered thursdays not showed up is obviously frustrating .

others have reviewed saying recieved today ordered 2 days ago for same stuff but mines 4 days and no delivery or reply.
I dont mind waiting 4/5 days or more if it was stated that as i would plan to kepo enough to last me until then but now its down my local guy for a 3rd time when i could of got more off him the first time to last me but not knowing when its coming has cost me 3 full price 8th and could of had a half same price if i knew ,after last time i thought it might of been a one off.

Some vendors don't tend to reply over the weekend but I'm pretty sure green cat will be in touch once he has read ur msg. Got a 3.5 of pinkman goo last week delivery was a lil late but got there in the end. wudnt worry m8 prob a royal snail issue

I had a recent weeks long drama with shitty comms too recently, underpaid the lot, had another bigga in same boat in chat so that helped.
Hope you're not without i had been for days, had a 100mg cali edible yesterday tho that was nice, got good sleep too. (well 4 hours but i got up early for a nice order this morn)
I'm going on an upvote campaign, for future biggas' disputes, tho here's hoping none are needed.

My item went from his wall just after my order so I know what’s
happened- it was never sent. But typical Pistach- either calls you “dear” a lot or totally ignores you. I paid for tracking though so he’s going to struggle on this one- only he won’t ‘cos he’ll ignore me until I dispute it and just let transaxe refund it rather than admit he lied when marking it ‘Sent’. So tiresome!
Shame, ‘cos good comms solves everything…but Pistach doesn’t really get it….🙄

I stopped using Pistach for this exact reason at New Year. Same thing... Marked sent and wasn't. Vague and generic responses way too late. After my product was finally shipped and received, I sent a separate test message in the new year, just to see how long it would take to get read. Took over a month (and they never responded). Getting responses with emojis and "dear" alongside a list of inconsistencies have ensured I will never touch Pistach again for these reasons. It's no huge loss as I'm not a massive spender. Pistach is highly untrustworthy in my opinion, and more concerned with gimmicks and wall presence than actually keeping decent stock control or communications. Everything's to sell in volume and quickly. If it didn't get sent, or you got some shaky replacement instead of what you ordered... well here you are again. Wide barge pole for me. Consistency should be motivational or dissuasive. It's just not there with Pistach. I hope the criticism doesn't fall on deaf ears.

I’ve had quality from him in the past and he’s much loved for all the right reasons, but when he gets it wrong he is such a pain in the backside. He hasn’t even been online in 24 hours despite delayed giveaways frustrating Biggas and missing orders. Yup, I get it- it’s a really busy shop 🙄

They said they were sending fruity pebbles to replace, today half the amount I originally ordered turned up, it wasn’t fruity pebbles and it was actually the same crappy bud they’d sent to replace the Sundae Driver that I challenged in the first place.

Having acknowledged that you didn’t send me the q of Sundae Driver I originally ordered (what you sent me got thrown in the bin in was disgraceful and no way a suitable replacement for the price) you messaged to say you would replace with fruity pebbles, which I agree to and said thank you.

Today I review 3.5 of something labelled SLC on the package, no clue what what it is and can’t see it as a listed item on your page.

From my perspective you still owe me a q, and at the second time of asking you have blatantly not stuck to what you had agreed.

I have purchased from a high majority of vendors on here, why is it that you are you only ones who don’t do what you say you are going to?

They sent me something totally different from what I ordered with no communication to advise. And what they sent was a pile of crap! Hope they get you sorted, I won’t be dealing with them again, they give the site a bad name for the when so many are doing a grand job. Simple rule of doing business - send what was ordered and if that’s not possible send a message to agree an alternative or refund.

We don’t ignore anyone. We get so many messages daily. Messages do get lost. We sincerely apologise

ignored my messages too but really this vendor is top class regardless of non returned messages but it would be even better if we get a reply! two weeks waited for a reply never came but i went and ordered and was happy but PISTACH please spare the time to answer any messages cos i would surly buy more had this not placed negitive points for customer service.

I have the same issue, the bud I received was meant to be sundae driver but it’s super dark and no smell. Opposite of image and description. I’ve sent a message but had no reply. What do you do next?

Sounds like I was sent the same bud. It’s not even like it’s an honest mistake, they knew they were sending the wrong stuff and even wrote Sundae Driver on the packaging when it clearly wasn’t so. Oh well won’t be dealing with them again and hats off to the vendors that smash it out the park and keep coming up with the goods!

I brought an oz, if it was less I’d just accept it. Not getting any comms back either is very frustrating.

I was going to use Pistach as I thought their stock looked highly original,but I sent them a message asking which of their buds were sativa dom & didn't get a reply...with the wealth of vendors on LB at present,it seems a shame that they have not met the expectations of quite a lot of LB customers.....
