Gross or cheesy by who's definition? We think the current wall setup is gross and cheesy and a lot of customers say the same thing, a quick look on reddit and you can see there is some new index its hasn't been around long but we see no complaints about that and plenty of complaints from customers about the wall, some sellers hate the wall also and why wouldn't they you have people with items for $999.99 in what world should they remain in the "bigg" section and I've never heard a customer say its easy to navigate, we love LB but hate the wonderwall and we doubt we're the only one who feels this way.

All you need to do is allow customers to filter as they want for example why can't customers filter by flower, vape, concentrates etc...
The "Bigg" filter is a bit pointless is it most sold or most clicked on or just completely random? The <$50, fast and most reviewed are good but why no highest or lowest priced item, all these what should be simple things to add would benefit every customer and would effectively filter out all the bad actors your trying to target we appreciate your efforts but the wall has foundational issues that should be addressed before you try to filter out whatever you deem gross or cheesy🤷

it seems myopia drives your bitter tone. running a website is quite different to running a shop, running a community of anonymous users is very, very different. bad actors abound, gross, cheesy and a lot worse than you can imagine, all on the regular love. if novelty is encouraged as it says in the formulae post here then such a filter (perhaps they could describe it better) is what prevents this from becoming the kind of neighborhood that none of us would want to be in.

The filter doesn't make sellers thrive its the products and the service they provide we don't want you to change anything to benefit us but if customer wants a vape why do they have to scroll through 30+ flower listings to view two vape listings its makes no sense, maybe read our post again our main issue is with the lack of filter options, the mess that is the "bigg" section and how gross and cheesy is decided by a borg, just give the customers the options to filter and fix the bigg section then if you want to monitor gross and cheesyness so be it.

If they didn't filter out the shit this place would go down the toilet

We had to stop accepting new users as we had some negative feedback coming from them. Now the new review system has been implemented, we now accept any user, anonymous or new :)

Well done hope some more good changes coming this year for sellers

Site responses are almost entirety reactive, not proactive. How does this help vendors if someone targets them specifically and there's limited site response?

3-5 business days for a reply is standard for borgs, and now vendors have to agree to this when the only change of system is that someone can click on something to see how many other reviews have been left by that person?

my experience is that cleanup borg is way, way faster than your claim here.

how is this not effective for eliminating bad reviews from noobs - which seems to be the only point of this.

Being able to reveal voting history doesn’t change the vote does it? And the vendors headline score suffers just as before so how does this really make “ sabotaging reviews from noobs no longer possible” ?

So will all 1* reviews from noobs be removed then on the assumption they are all fake? Bit hard on noobs trying to leave genuine reviews isn’t it?

I suppose it's the aspect of forcing acceptance, but then people can still do the same thing with new accounts, the score of the vendor goes down, then they have to get it resolved? Whereas allowing people to restrict prevented that admin ballache? The change in the review system and the visibility of stats is a massive positive change, but it's reliant on people doing due diligence, and there're unfortunately many who don't do that and rely on a headline number and move on without investigating. I've always found cleanup borg to be very efficient too, so apologies for my blanket statement.

Fair enough. That's not my experience as a buyer so that's interesting. I do find cleanup borg to be most efficient though, out of all the collective that I've had dealings with.
