Hi everyone . we have sent out 27 parcels in the last week or so and only 3 have arrived so far this is causing bus a massive stress and were supposed to be off until January .really is a problem.if they get lost will be a lot of.money and were not restocking until January so people will be waiting a long time .most of our customers are understanding and appreciate that its royal mail and not us .there are always a few which moan thats fair enough please bear with us and we appreciate your custom and support we have ideas for new couriers in the new year as we need to get our average delivery times down to 3 days again !! For me, this mess is down to our sham 'government' and those who manage RM - not LB vendors or the actual posties who do the all the leg work.

My postie just said that there's piles of mail stuck in their Croydon centre, which affects a lot of London and the SE...so roll on Wednesday and hopefully some nice packages dropping for us all

Luckily all 3 of my orders have arrived. The last one arrived today. I totally agree with strike action and fully support the posties, nurses and teachers, the Tories are scum… but maybe striking around Christmas isn’t going to endear anyone to the cause… everyone is struggling due to the Tory cocks who have been in power for the last decade… but there is a time and a place and maybe Christmas isn’t it

I have a cart on the way that's seemingly lost or delayed. I'll wait til the new year and try and get a reship.

I'm lucky to have a sizable stash of bud and hash, half a cart, and some avb for edibles. Happy Christmas everyone and if you're having a dry Christmas here's hoping the new year's post brings some nice surprises.

Ohh god that's a nightmare, specials almost never go missing and it's un heard of for them to take 3weeks.

Have you been able to check the tracking number? I'd guess it's either not been sent out to begin with, or unfortunately it's been intercepted.

Yea tracker stopped working after 18 days so got it reshipped and arrived next day thank fk

Please add dates so we know what time periods we are dealing with👍

The 8th December..(Druids Magic). virtually a month now.although, Druids have kept in touch And are kindly sending a Reship out..but that probably land next week?.if it wasn't for Keep it green and the rapid delivery 3 day's before Xmas.i wouldn't have had anything at all.Massive respect to them.for sending it special delivery ND

Druids will look after you but I think they are fed up with it all too…this mess has cost a lot for vendors in reships and stress. Gotta hope they don’t get too fed up 😳🤞

Certain, it's been intercepted by some wanker at royal mail.. and yes must be hard for the vendors also. Being honest (my opinion)..,I certainly wouldn't send loads of orders out, normal First class mail. without any sort of tracking number.its asking for issues with missing orders with people waiting.if tracking was there.the vendor and customer would know exactly where it is.and it wouldn't get intercepted by who ever?.then there wouldnt be as much a need for reships..I certainly will never use first class mail again without tracking. doesn't matter who the vendors are.

I know what you mean buddy…I always choose tracked if I can- the only ones I have ‘lost’ have been normal first class. It just seems some of the smaller players are not set up for premium post🤷‍♂️….in fact I’ve just ordered a couple of things where snail mail was the only option- hope I don’t regret it🫣

Had loads of issues with normal first class mail taking ages or not arriving at all 😔..but as you probably already know.. Druids Magic Only do first class stamped mail..but as most people on here. wanted there finest crops.so took a chance like everyone else. And on this occasion,ive drawn the short straw 🥴🥴
