Not sure that’s true generally speaking…a major incentive for legalisation is taxation. Add the business costs on and prices rocket versus the Street. It’s why the Street doesn’t go out of business following legalisation- it’s so much cheaper! (Plus, my Canadian friends insist the quality on the Street is much better- go figure!)…
