From the comments I think you haven't paid for the order yet and now you are struggling to see your order? So first of all mate if you can't get to your old order don't worry just ignore it it will auto cancel if you don't pay so just make a new one! :)

Here's an easy way to pay. Once you make the order and go to checkout you will get a long code to send the bitcoin to (the bitcoin wallet address) and an amount of bitcoin to send. Go to bittylicious.com (or coinbase etc) and copy the wallet address from the checkout page into the top bar, type in how much btc you need then click buy coins and pay! Done :)

Took me nearly a week before I understood what I needed to do to buy bitcoin, an if I did it as a 64yr woman with little Internet experience I think anyone can, just keep trying until you understand what you have to do, step by step, write things down that you do each time you try, to help you understand what your doing, don't get frustrated with yourself when you can't seem to understand, just stop for a bit have a cuppa and try again, so I'm waiting for my first order to arrive now and I'm beyond excited and actually very proud of myself for managing to do it will post more when I get it an will give my recommendation about the vendor I used.

Has the bitcoin left your wallet? If so its paid and on its way.

I don’t think it matters if you pay outside of 30 minutes, check your orders page it should say ‘paid’ or ‘sent’ (if the vendor has already posted)

Unfortunately it seems I need to put my password in to view my orders, which I've gone and forgotten. How can I go about resetting it? Can't find the option.

Not sure if you can reset your password, obviously user ids aren’t linked to an email address for obvious reasons, maybe someone else will know better than me
