22/4 Been 24 hours now both orders saying unpaid despite payment being sent yesterday have sent message to Transaxe support but they haven’t responded very poor indeed

Good news. Has cleared during the night. Must of had to turn Transaxe off and on again.

Put my order in at 6:30ish didnt get my confirmation till like just before midnight. Although the issue may now be resolved and you can order as normal.

I was fairly confident it work itself out as transaxe has habit of going bust with high traffic and technical faults and 80% of the time your order is fine
