Any vendor can sabotage competitors by sending in fasle products.
This would work better if the items in question bought independently by a neutral 3rd party.

To clarify, single sample, private results. For public results that can effect a vendor's reputation verification is performed by making actual anonymised purchases of the item.

Better off sending it to Wedinos for free as at the moment it seems you have to pay $25.00 and don’t get the item and they don’t offer any more detailed analysis than said website would

We welcome all self testing, especially Wedinos but there is a difference. Our service is blinded, there is no self selection of what is tested. This allows us to publish the results as a 3rd party.

True but for the OP the vendor would usually be blinded too so it does satisfy personal requirements.
I agree that the ability to publish results as a third party is a big bonus but what is the point if you aren’t testing the most popular products on the site regularly e.g last tests I can see although not dated must be 6+ months old judging by the products, no tests on vapes/edibles from current vendors etc…

Yes wedinos.org is a Welsh non profit if you go onto the website and follow the instructions to print off a submission form, just need to pay postage and they will tell you the active components in any sample. You can for example smoke the whole cart if you wish and send the last bit for testing.

basically we will test anything that can be tested :)

That's what this borg does, but unfortunately not for THC levels. Any item will be tested and reported by the borg if paid for.

Members of our collective currently perform anonymised, redundant tests.

Ok well we've yet to see any of those tests or even a discussion about them but we mean more testing for THC testing for the community like the Extractor done, it was a great to have a 3rd party that was impartial and available to all customers and vendors if they choose, will they return or will you be sharing your test results with the community going forward?

We have used Extractor as well and they offered an invaluable service one of which we'd like to use again.

The THC test for us as growers was a great bench mark to see how our grows were doing compared to the breeders results, these results showed where we needed improvement and gave us confidence in our ladies and sharing them with our customers.

We certainly don't like advertising 30%+ strains without a 3rd party doing the testing so won't be listing % ratings in our writeups until this can be resolved and tests can be run.

Strong or very strong doesn't help anyone self medicating or trying to pick the right strength for their conditions.

Please keep us updated with anyone that we can have our products tested with within the site.

In an ideal world we’d have a Borg that makes random anonymous purchases, tests and then publishes the results. All vendors would be aware that this is a feature of having an LB store.
The problems with vendors submitting a sample is pretty obvious as it may not be representative of their stock or only relevant to a single batch. Some test results have been on here for years 🤷‍♂️

I believe when the tests are done they are completely anonymous and the vendor has no idea the order will be tested 👍

Yes the vendor does submit the sample to extractor but my understanding is exstractor is a service for vendors to pay for themselves, which the vendor will obviously be aware of what they are sending.

Test Borg conducts a separate random testing and the vendor isn't aware the order will be tested, as it's placed annonymously.

Sorry I didn't mean they conduct the testing themselves, but the process is different and done anonymously when they choose a product to be tested.

But who tests it? Surly the Borg asking random lb users if they can/know any body who can is not acceptable (what if it’s a seller?)

I have no idea who does the testing - but I agree with you and thought the exact same thing. It could easily be used to sabotage others too, if it lands in the wrong hands.

From conversations I've had in the past with the extractor I believe he's tested for them previously.

The extractor isn't around anymore, problems with his equipment and things so they'll need to find someone else if they get anything tested!

Maybe vape cartridges and concentrates in particular should be randomly tested a little more, if possible.

The new disposable vape pens could do with being tested.

I'd like to see carts tested and also the edibles with a stated dose on packaging.

If you mean lethal as in potentially lethal drugs then I don’t want them here...but if your talking say about pesticides or byproducts etc then everything could be up for scrutiny and testing

Basically street quality contaminated weed.more and more people on here to be fair, have complained of poor quality bud sent. Completely different to the pictures on their description ( manifesto). Either Sprayed with something. Or other unknown contaminats. As for your recent order of shake from LVcannabis been under weight. Maybe just a mistake on their behalf? Im sure if you contact them, they will rectify it for you 👍😉

Weed,far from it. Only refering to it being underweight and to contact them 👍there weed seems fine I recently did an order for my sister in-law and she said it was nice weed. I was referring to when you mentioned rotten weed.which sounds like either old mouldy weed. Or from other people's comments recently on here. Sprayed, contaminated. More people should take test Borg's advice. And Get it Tested. Its the only way to find out, and find out which Vendor/ Vendors are selling it. Or this will become a Common thing over time . 🤔

Hi Agent47 👍. Its not just about the difference in the description of the weed. More concerning, is the quality, and if the weed has been contaminated or sprayed with something. Like more customers are saying more often. . To much of a health risk.

Don’t believe people should be putting out stuff they wouldn’t consume themselves. Maybe they can’t get rid of it in the street and are trying to pawn off here if this is the case.

Honesty is key between both customer and vendor especially when it comes to things like contam ♾️

Hi test Borg. I'm all for edibles testing. An am happy to send anything needed.

But I would like to day the way in which edible items have been removed business on my sweets has gone as no one can see them. All the hard work put on to get honest reviews have been lost. An all this without warning.

I really do feel list vendors should have been pre warned or dropped a message from your self so we could prepare for our next plan of action.
