Our area is locked down but we're still managing to get next day delivery to SOME areas using 1st class post. Although its hit and miss to some of our customers who usually receive next day.

I think it's all down to timing. Reduced post box collections etc. On the radio today they stated Royal Mail are going to do a parcel collect service from your door. I see that as far to risky considering the business we're in, immaculate stealth or not! But it's also going to put a strain on the postal workers.

There are definitely going to be delays in our midst! Some vendors may experience it more than others as it will be area dependent I would have thought because we're seeing delays already, we expected them. So I think as long as buyers expect delays there will be no disappointment. Hope everyones mail arrives when they need it though. It's better for buyer and vendor!

I am not knocking rm staff at all but after speaking to my neighbours we are pretty certain we only get post every other day at the moment. I wouldn’t necessarily mind I am just waiting on an order!

As others have stated it’s got to be a very hard environment for the staff to manage at the moment so I guess I have to be patient!

It all depends where you are located. Some post is unaffected (my current vendor and mine). However, some will be slowing down again.

We are seeing odd delays coming through. Also there were delays during first lockdown so we anticipate more delays with Lockdown2. Hopefully not.
Also - Last year we started our xmas break midway through December and my break was not a break as i had to constantly reassure people items were sent and give refs etc, all due to RM delays.
With this in mind and with the experience we have we will start our xmas break this year around (+or- 4 days)Decemeber 7th and reopen around January 4th.

Currently waiting for an order sent firdt class sat 24th in the morning and its now thurs 29th. Other orders from this very reputable seller normally arrive nest day so no doubt due to RM. Anyone else waiting for anything sent in this sort of timeframe?

Don't worry about it. All my mail has been slightly delayed for the past couple of weeks - wait for a few more days before you start to panic. And let us know!

Thats reassuring mate! I made the fatal error of running out just after when it shouldve landed. Probably a much needed detox tho haha.

ugh hate when that happens. btw my wildly uneducated guess is that you'll get your delivery on tuesday, mine always seem to come on tuesday after getting held up

Never did land so sadly have had to go the refund route. Only getting ndd from now on, RM can't be trusted!!

Hey guys. Placed an order on Monday 19th Oct. It was with NDD with MJ who has been a top top vendor in my opinion. Never let me down and always had the best products and stealth with packaging. However my order has not arrived yet and it is now Sunday 25th Oct. Usually his packages come within 3 days (even during lockdown). What should i do guys? Never had a package not arrive before. How long should i wait before accepting its gone? And do vendors ever meet you half way when this sort of thing happens? or do i take the hit all on my own? 1ml vape cart was expensive tbh

Its taking loads longer for me at the moment. Up to 10 working days for 1st class. Weirdly I've had deliveries on Sundays recently. That said, it has brightened up these dull, wet, Sundays of late!

Yeah MJC is sound on deliveries and mine usually take a 5-7 days to get into Europe but the last delivery took 2 weeks to arrive and my current order is on 14 days today - Covid I guess but I’m feeling your pain I’m all out now!

No worries mate. It has mean't that I'm erring on the side of caution and ordering twice as much as usual just in case some is really late. Theres some sort of twisted logic in there somewhere I'm sure..... I got the fear the other week and thought it had all been nabbed but alls well that ends well, everything is arriving, just a bit late. Fingers crossed for tomorrow for you!

Apparently is random I received other mail, not priority, from other countries that have been send late then the one that I’m waiting for.

First class mail...two weeks at worst

Royal Mail are just a delivery service, they are uninterested in what's in the parcels, their job is to safely deliver it. The police are only interested in large scale trafficking and would rather it be behind closed doors than out on the street. Lb is not of interest, if any centralised government wanted it gone it would already be gone or be under constant DDOS attacks

Exactly the point. Don't speak what police is or isn't interested in. At the end of is an illegal substance in the most of the world and can affect ones life in so many various ways.

All because cannabis somehow is drifting towards the concept of just of more substance for white people to get smashed.

got busted by local police, local post opened a case against me for ordering illegal substances.

reason, as i've deducted eventually, vendor mentioned wrong address on the package.
plus because package went to a different country and spent who knows how long in transit between different customs.
matter deteriorated because vendor sent THREE packages out of good intention to satisfy the customer and compensate for post delay.

eventually, after many many many visits to the police and courts all charges were dropped.

not ordering since then. just not worth it, so switched to "gardening" myself :)

who knows if post has my name on some red list.

Did they search it and find anything else? How come the charges were dropped after the many visits to police and courts?

I received a summon from the police. When I got there I was presented photos of the package addressed to my name and address and it's content. It was sealed in 3 layers of vacuum foil. Not sure the exact name.
Local post scanned it and opened it and started a criminal case against me.
Police was very suggestive to come and "just have a look at my place" and apparently just briefly stopping by the ministry of justice to grab a warrant. I said firm no as thankfully I known my rights.
I was asked if I'd like to do a THC test, to which I responded that I sure can do it, but the test is not a definite confirmation that the package was intended to me. I then tried to pee and nothing came out strangely, then I was offered water, which I gladly drunk (around 1,5 litres), waited for an hour, tried 2 more times. While being supervised by an officer. Well my body is my temple isn't? So my body didn't produce any fluids kkk
They said - well who else would know my address to which I said that my address is not secret and they should probably investigate who sent it. There were no return address.
I denied whatever allegations.
I said may be someone has I'll intentions towards me, who knows. They asked if I can think of anyone who would do that to me. I said nobody that I know of. But who knows.
It was all stretched through a bunch of visits and letters back and forth to the police and the court.
At the end charges were dropped, my record remained clear and all costs of the investigation and processing were taken on by the state.
That's more or less how it was. In brief.

Vendor's fault. I think vendor's should get out of a stone mentality and take this more serious, because at the end there is no return address, isn't it?

Had 25g of mdma caught from uk border force coming from Holland.received a letter basically saying I have so long to try and claim it or it will be destroyed.leyter said it’s more a civil matter than criminal.never heard anything else about it.also had plenty parcels sent to same address

UPDATE:contacted by police 14 months later,was due to go in for an interview then was phoned to say as it was so long ago and the amount,they are taking no further action.advised if I was doing it,to think again.

I wonder how do the letters actually get busted if one puts aside flaws in packaging, mentioning a correct address, printed and not handwritted, etc.

are there any sort of postal service protocols and procedures to identify potentially "illegal" parcels/letters, does anyone know?

I understand those practices may vary country by country, but i am sure they are pretty much copy pasted in most of the Europe.

Many people have privacy/risk concerns that are not unreasonable. But a few questions remain:

1) How important is it to you to receive your meds? Life changing pain relief, freedom from side effects of prescription drugs and positive mental outlook are all reasons people's meds are important to them.

2) Does LB carry more risk than driving to visit (possibly known) people, to acquire a dubious/variable level of quality?

3) Or waiting for an unreliable person in a weird place?

One day all this glory could come to an end. But for now, no one cares about your eighth, so it's time to be happy! :-)

But yeah, I agree with what you've points out. Makes total sense.

Customs do have sniffer dogs to sniff mail.... but what i have received so far has been double- vacuum packed with no smell (to me). I have had pills intercepted 3 times (no longer take them) and just got a warning letter that didn't involve police. At least in Ireland, you are allowed three warnings for possesion before you are charged. The police here will happily ignore someone smoking a joint if they aren't causing trouble.
If you are caught with weed above 7g though, and its wrapped, you're more likely charged as they will presume you are dealing.
I keep a stock indoors, and store some outside in shed. When I lived in an apartment, I would hang some in a small container on a string from window bars..... they wont find it then. It is also technically outside your property limits too. Most people chose similar hiding places in their property , thinking theyre crafty, but cops and thieves know this, and know where too look eg in containers, upper shelves of wardrobes etc. Hope this helps.

get to know your postie, if he's doing a job that cool. if he's a jobs worth be wary. a good mate is postie and over 95% mail after posting is first touched by delivery staff. main reasons for human intervention are revenue or damage issues. so tip your postman at xmas:)
