I would dispute if I had a lack of communication mainly just based off his sales, unless hes willing to resolve the issue. Given he’s new his communication should be on point Tbh Try speaking to transaxe or escrow see if they can help To dispute a order you click on your orders and just hit the dispute button, try to keeps us updated on how you get on
