Its the same as any other joint. The extract is somewhere in the middle, it'll smoke normally till you get to it. When it hits the extract, smoke production and taste will increase. The beauty of hash holes is you can see the extract in the middle. Sight to behold when you're buzzing and the extract is swirling as it melts.
