Turns out this fella left the 1/10 because his order placed on a Thursday didn't arrive the next day. (which with the policy we had at the time would've been sent on the Friday, the 10pm cutoff policy didn't come into place until the 9th of Feb which was a Sunday... 2 days after he ordered.)

User is "lp9319", if you don't want your ratings sabotaged because of an impatient customer (their order is still in transit and has been since Friday) do not serve this customer up. They have since been permanently blacklisted from ordering from our shop, we will not stand for this off any customer.

Presumably you think that just because you are selling illegal drugs and are entirely dependent on a third party for delivery, that you should get some leeway?

lp9319 needs to get onto Trading Standards pronto! And possibly a strongly worded letter to their MP or contacting their bank for a refund.

Wait, so he expected you to post it Thursday night, after the post offices are closed? Plus, RM don't deliver Sundays. So, went out Friday, meaning Saturday and Monday are only two days, not 5.

if u wanna take it public, i’ll address it here. tracked 24 means next-day delivery. if it was sent friday like u claim, it should’ve been here saturday or monday at the latest. it’s tuesday now and still nothing. ignoring my messages and then trying to publicly shame me for holding u accountable is a joke. i’ve been a loyal customer, but this is appalling service. instead of blaming me or making excuses, maybe fix the situation and take some responsibility.

just to clarify for everyone: i placed my order on thursday, before the vendor’s new cutoff policy even existed, so it should’ve been handled under the old process. also, ur point about the 10 pm cutoff policy coming in on the 9th is irrelevant. i ordered on the 6th, so that policy doesn’t even apply to my order. they claim it was sent friday, but tracked 24 means next-day delivery, so even with delays, it should’ve been here by now.

i only left the 1/10 as a placeholder because i was being ignored and had no idea what was going on. lb allows u to edit ratings for a reason, and i fully intended to adjust it once i got my package. instead of replying or sorting this out, the vendor ignored me for days and then tried to publicly shame me. if this is how they handle things, this definitely isn't the right shop for me. glad to take my business elsewhere

You got it wrong in your first sentence. Tracked24 does NOT mean next-day delivery.

You do realise T24 is a 1-3 day service? If you wanted your product the next day, you should find a vendor who provides Special Delivery by 1pm (which we do not provide).

Simply put, you've not done your homework and now you look a tit.

so we’re back to blaming the customer instead of taking any responsibility. t24 is advertised as next-day delivery and usually arrives next day when sent on time. even if we go with your ‘1–3 day’ claim, it’s tuesday now, which is past even that window. this isn’t about royal mail; it’s about you ignoring my messages for days and then acting like that’s acceptable service. if there was a delay, you could’ve communicated that instead of going straight to public shaming.

also, your comment about the new policy on the 9th is still irrelevant since my order was placed on the 6th. the cutoff you keep mentioning doesn’t apply to me. instead of throwing quotes at me to look smart, maybe focus on fixing your communication and delivery issues.

The vendor doesn't hand deliver it, that's Royal Mails job. You're holding SotL accountable for Royal Mail delays, you realise that, right? RM state that with Tracked 24, they aim to deliver next day. That's not a guarantee, you want 100% guarantee, you prefer Special Next Day Delivery. That's why it's more expensive. Sure, should've arrived on Monday, but it'll arrive today. Did you even ask SotL to track it for you? Or just straight in go with a 1/10? You clearly don't understand how reviews work.

Also, what were you expecting them to 'sort out'? A reship? It's not even been a few days.

Exactly our sentiment, this kind of practice has stifled sales for products in the past and we've been left lumbered with perfectly good flower as someone decides to go and pull a stunt like this...

Oh well. Personally we don't think he'll change it, nor are we all that bothered if he does, this is a top quality product at a great price and we're sure it'll continue to sell just fine now that the air has been cleared.

I am absolutely sure you'll be devastated when it does arrive (which will probably be tomorrow based on the tracking update) and you realize how nice it is but can't get any more because you've gone and left a "placeholder score"... 🥴.

Look, I’ve made 100s of orders and I get the rage : pain when it don’t come next day.

However, not even SNDD is 100%. RM can fuck you over at the drop of a hat.

I always slap orders in a day or two before i would before to avoid this, even then it still happens.

I’d NEVER 1/10 someone for this though. Just drop them a dm. Some vendors have topped me up, added a little freebie (IF it was their miss)

But otherwise just mark the green on the description when it lands.

The drama and rage on this site is growing 😢 for minor things not worth stressing about imo.

Yeah it sucks when we’ve no weed, but that’s on us for not keeping our stash Jars full enough till the next drop ❤️
