Hey Family,

We rearranging our receiving addresses as 3 large packages somehow is been intercepted at the Border and they have not made any movements for a week. We will keep you guys updated as its becoming pain to ship in large quantities to UK. We might temporarily introduce US to UK direct shipments with minimum quantity per pack and all small packages are going through fine. Its just the big ones that getting caught in the way and is being hefty losses in regards to these carts.

Please be patient with us in regards to this item as we are doing everything to keep it going for us and you guys in UK.

Prices from US direct to your door per cart will be relatively a lot cheaper as well. We showing the seizure letter which is the direct proof of us importing our goods from US to UK.

We apologise for any waiting periods that are way longer than usual for these items. Again we rearranging our methods and packaging to hopefully pass through borders safely.

Its first one 7/10 to our surprise and customer has not left any comment in a review to reason the score. We would like to ask the reviewer to come forward and share some information with us and LB community if possible, to understand what in these vapes earned the score of 7/10 when almost all buyers has left 10/10 because they really are 10/10 Terpiest pens around here.

We really want to know the reason behind unless you are Competitor that couldnt bare to see we were 9.9/10 Overall Score and done your dirty work.

I think in general, people score things too high.
If product simply meets expectations people are so psyched about getting it through the post that they give 10/10.
Once this wears off, you realise that truthful reviews are important to be able to know the quality of vendor's products. 7/10 means satisfactory or average in the real world to me.
Quality, value for money and or creative stealth should be the only considerations imo.
A fake review would be 5 or under and especially 1/10 with no comment. I don't think 7/10 requires comment, but hopefully the customer will get in touch to tell you as you have asked. Good luck.

It’s for this reason I dislike the 1-10 review/rating system we have currently. It seems the middle ground rating on LB is 8 purely for the service and then if you liked the product you go to 9 or 10 otherwise you feel like you’re screwing the vendor. If I got delivered average weed I’d personally want to rate it 6-7 (1-4 is bad, 5 acceptable and 5+ good)

I’d like to see 2 rating options:
One for overall service (comms, delivery, stealth etc) and then another for each individual product. If I’m not keen on a product then it won’t affect the vendors overall score but rather the individual products score. Currently the way things are rated is so inflated that everything is 9/10 as long as it comes through the letterbox, and I am part of the problem.

I’d feel guilty lowering a vendors overall as users here seem to have extreme requirements to be met such as the 9.8+ rated vendors list. In an honest market I doubt any vendor in the world would be 9.8+ when rating their product truthfully given enough purchases/reviews it’d always dip somewhat, nobody is perfect.

Perhaps vendor ratings could be permanent but product ratings are rolling average over 3-6 month to account for different batches? Anyway rant over, damn this Purple Punch is good 😁

Absolutely the vendor should not suffer rating reduction if they have been honest about their product. If it's described as mids but it's total schwag then you don't wanna feel bad as consumer for being honest about that.

Guess maybe not but when you work hard to keep yout product levels 10/10 it is rather sad to see 7/10 :)) is just we wanted to know the reason for 7/10 , is it a taste , high, maybe the ceramic chamber in cart they didnt like or how it pulls … just give us a hint to improve so we know where to perfect ourselves :)) We saying it because we really want our standards to be on top level with Biggy Family that is all. And if one customer giving us a hint on improve is only going to do good for the community we serving!!

Is just we sell these offline to our customers in London £100-120. We only increase in demand but we cannot avoid possibility that our products are not for everyone so guess we just take the review on the chin :)))

Still if a buyer can leave us his comment with a comment review and give us hints and point out where we can improve, we would highly appreciate his time.

We know how it feels when you running low and you want to get most out of your LiveResin vape until next payday.
We though this could be little help to save you some money. We have introduced wooden tips with ceramic coil on our carts for a reason (wood tip comes off with little effort and mess), once tip is unscrewed you can then top the cart up with your favourite vape juice and it will help to collect little liquid thc diamonds that sticks to carts glass wall surface even when carts are empty. We experimented with many substances such as even little dust left from hash when we cut it and it seems going in pretty well with the mix. Overall just adding a flavour vape juice will help to collect even tiniest diamonds thats left the glass surface of cart - we hate to see hard work wasted so we litetally try to burn everything - same should be with money you spending. It may not fry you like usual 100% LiveResin but surely will produce its effects.

We know this TIP may look like its for WeedCrackHeadz ,heyhey we are very heavy smokers and we guessed our hack may help some of you :))) It surely helped us and we stick to our tradition so we dont forget about our hard times.

Hi I am new to the vape scene, I tried a vape called joint bar and it was very potent which didnt have much branding just said live resin on the cover.

Anyway I decided to try find something of a similar potency, I am unsure what I need to use these carts? Can someone please advise on the battery?

Its in probably best call it grey market, since its pending license atm and since that point was raised. The prices are affordable to buy it in UK, once license is obtained it probably will double in price. All of RR extracting processes are perfomed at fully licensed and equiped dispensaries. The reddit reviews are probably been left by competitors that trying to tap into market and has not got any of recents highlighed. We genuinly do have buyers here that has already rated it and we personally smoke it for the past 7 years and never been dissapointed with the quality. Give it a try and judge it yourself. Cali Hash is not something that you would find popular, Hash Rosin is what you would find closest to it where we based.
