It’s unlikely you are being scammed because payment transactions are managed by transaxe not individual vendors. Your payment is probably stuck with many more waiting to be completed because the miners who set the fees deal with the highest paying first.
After 4 days your order should have timed out by now. When the coin finally arrives it will be returned to you by transaxe. In short, it’s a total clusterfuck caused by btc volatility and the unsuitability of it as an actual currency….

if Ur payment is showing as unpaid on the order page it probably means ur payment has not been confirmed yet and is still in the mempool waiting for the miners to pickup.... I have a payment stuck now 91hrs and counting ☹️☹️

It should change to paid as soon as (well, practically) a transaction hits 1 of 4 confirmations. Contact Transaxe Support with your order number and the transaction ID. If you sent it to the right address your payment is safe and held in escrow.

Yeh I have contacted transaxe not ordered for a while and haven’t had the issue before but the address is correct I’ll just have to wait thanks for the info 👊

If you ever have to contact them mate then put as much information in the initial email as possible, or you're looking at a few days for initial response, then the same for the response to your response if they need one. They're efficient, but it can sometimes take a while. You'll be fine. Hope you're okay having your coin tied up in the interim dude.

Well this is the first time I’ve had to contact transaxe but I’ve gave them as much info as possible tx id etc and yeh idm the coin being tied up for a day or two just need a smoke so I can sleep ahaha thanks tho bro 👊

Had the same issue this week. After 24 hours of it not being marked as paid I contacted transaxe and they got it sorted another 24 hours later. Missed the cutoff for the weekend but just glad it's sorted tbh
