Actually I may be wrong!! Just tried it again and the "add+" IS there even when logged out. I'm sure it wasn't a few moments ago!!

I agree dont bother with topics if there not playing ball wait for the dispute button to appear.

Dispute if it is a genuine issue, you'd be doing the whole community a favor.

If using private messages doesn’t work post a topic on their page. If they are still unresponsive start a dispute. The vendor will be notified of this and in the vast majority of cases will then be fired up to resolve it. Once resolved you simply cancel the dispute- there is no record on either side.

There is no stigma to an honest dispute. It is a process that we all pay for (vendors via their fees that are part of our prices) and is what makes LB great!👍
