What’s the usual process for sorting refunds?
Been asked by the vendor to send a wallet address, so they can send me a refund but is this a legit way?
Seen people on other posts go through messaging transaxe support etc but no mention of it with this vendor

Ordered on 30th so it’s been just over a week and didn’t go through a referral link.
Next step to message the vendor explaining this or shall I just go straight to transaxe support with my order id and wallet address explaining the situation?

-It is legit for a vendor to refund you directly without any involvement from transaxe and it means you get it quick. Some experienced vendors do this for good customer service and dispute avoidance.
- Since transaxe has your coin, other vendors will ask transaxe to return it to you, and in this instance you will need to wait for transaxe to ask you for a wallet address. If this hasn’t happened in a couple of days you should contact them to ensure the request has been made.
- In any event don’t let the dispute window (shown at the top of the order page) expire. If the refund doesn’t happen then dispute. Transaxe prefers this anyway as auto-settlement Borg takes care of it.
If the vendor has offered a direct refund then I disagree with PRIME that you contact transaxe anyway- that will just confuse matters, Give the vendor chance to refund- it should be done in a day.

Just do both.
It’s quite possible the vendor is experienced and issues without problems.
But to cover your self properly regardless go through transaxe with the details including order id and wallet.
Hope all works out fine and more than sure it will. LB community, vendors and borgs are all real good.

Thought i would pop up a review of these dabcarts from Teesside Gardenz.

Now i had seen a post from them a while back were they had some rosin carts but couldn’t see any feedback on them, they looked serious business though which peaked my interest so i kept an eye on their page.
Then last week along came these dab carts with the HCB coil (horizontal ceramic bucket) that don’t use cotton just some sort of ceramic element. Interesting, something i had never heard of, also the extract sounds very exotic and after reading up about fat farmer extracts they are highly rated in the game.
Let’s do a buy! Upon checking mempool BTC gas fee's had other ideas. 😒
With BTC fee's being so high ATM i found another way to acquire sed dab carts. 😉
Paid for NDD and that’s what i got, stealth was more than adequate, double vac seal etc.
Now, the product:
God dam as soon as i opened the last layer of vac pack i knew it was going to be a good day..
These absolutely stink! 🤤🤤🤤 Especially the jealous candy but both smell super loud straight out of the pack.
I then proceed to have a little toke on the jelous candy. Oh my lord 🙌 flavour, flavour and more flavour.
Very hard to describe but the taste is exquisite and i have not had a cart/dispo like this before. The closest cart i have had was DR extracts Live Resin with HTFSE just before Xmas and if im honest these are twice as good and more refined imo. Really hard hitting, taste, smell... Its a 10/10 all day long.
Now this has left me with some questions, has the top quality extract made the product stand out or is it the HCB coil. Maybe it’s a bit of both but for me this is a game changer and has elevated the bar on LB.....
Oh and apparently after speaking with TG you could refill these due to there being no cotton coil and still taste like new😲
I’m excited to see what others think on these!

Hello all,
Recently started getting into edibles after 10+ years of almost exclusively smoking flower. But there are what feels like hundreds of options on here! So just after some recommendations of people’s favourite edibles they have tried on here so I can narrow my options down.
Not just chasing strength but let’s be honest I would enjoy the option to be a dribbling mess if it’s been a long day.

Candy drops, which are fruit flavoured sweets made using a drop roller. Currently we have mixed fruit flavours, rhubarb and custard and pear drops.
Cola cubes, cola drops.
Pineapple chunks, pineapple drops.
Campino style sweets that come in 3 flavours: Strawberrys and cream, apple crumble and custard and peaches and cream.
Lollipops: 6 different fruit flavours, treacle toffee and creamy toffee. The cherry cola one is a personal favourite of mine right now.
Toffee bars: Treacle toffee and creamy toffee.
Hot chocolate sachets.
Angel Delight: Banana, strawberry, chocolate and butterscotch.
I could also whip up some THC powder, which can be added to myriad products, if that's what you fancy.
The hard candy items have been made by professionals using industry standard equipment.
All items listed have been infused with shatter.

The D9 oil is pretty cheap, just put D9 into the keyword search.👍 I normally melt 3 bars of chocolate down and put 1ml in the melted choc then fire it in 3 silicone molds off amazon for 5er lol does the damage and sometimes make 2 bars with 1 to 2ml 😅😑🤤😴

After an item shows as paid in our orders, does that mean the vendor has the coin? Iv been told by a vendor it takes further time for the coin to 'come across to us', or is my vendor attempting to bluff me for being lazy/late?

This is what I'd have done to be honest, unless I absolutely desperately needed it (which, fortunately I rarely do). Polite communication with vendors (well, with anyone really, ideally) and recognition that we're all fallible human beings at the end of the day goes a long way. Had a nice little freebie premium bud chucked in when a pretty large vendor asked me if I didn't mind waiting a day for them to send my order, and I didn't mind waiting. They thanked me for understanding as they said a huge amount of people can be real dicks about shipping.
Equally, vendors can be dicks. As proved by the vendors response and attitude upon my attempt to resolve the issue 🤷
Oh yeah, I don't dispute that either. Do you ever message vendors that you haven't used before before ordering? I've found that that's often a good way to get a feel of them first.

I decided i would try this vendor once more, as previous orders all ok. Was pretty pissed off i had nothing to smoke for 6 days (coronation weekend + reup). I was gifted complex ptsd from the military, i dont live in the uk anymore i only have a drop here which i use when passing through. Where i live med weed is prescribed to me and it helps, instead of taking the crap i was prescribed in the uk before i moved. 5 substances all synthetic and you can overdose on any 1 of them. Weeds been a great help. Those 6 days were grim, i used booze for the duration 🥴

I did attempt resolution however the vendor was only willing to resolve on his/her terms. Speaks volumes about attitude imho.
Click on orders and click the blue text under your order, what time does is say next to "Paid" ? What time is the vendors cut off?

Just to confirm that once you've completed your end and it's marked paid it goes into our 'orders pending' section and that can take several hours to clear and complete before it lands in our 'orders waiting' section,
I've been caught out by this and completed orders only to have it cancelled whilst in 'orders pending', so until its complete I don't send until its fully processed now, as I mentioned it can take time to fully complete on our side even though yours is sorted

As a buyer I had no idea about this either as it's marked as paid the instant that 1 of 4 confirmations goes through. Weird that it then isn't instantly changed on the vendor's end, but this is good to know. I've never had an item marked as paid before a postage cutoff not sent though, despite this weird background issue.
Ah, okay. That sounds like bollocks. When it's marked as paid that's when the coin is with them in the escrow system and the item should then be sent. It's released to them when everyone's happy.

I only use strains and concentrates that I use myself.

Find a vendor who also sell the concentrates that they use in the vapes. Then you have reviews for the vapes and the ingredients.
Often vendors only sell the vapes, so not always possible to check the quality of the ingredients first.

Some more in-house edibles for you all, 40mg Skulls in packs of 5 now in Strawberry, Blackcurrant and Sour Cherry! 125mg Hearts in Blackcurrant.
We are now also making edibles using our Tommy Shelby Shatter! Both very lovely highs, proper bang for your buck edibles, you won't cease to be amazed!
We have now also improved our recipe, incorporating fruit juices and essences into our gummies to give them a more whole flavour. So far the Sour Cherry and Strawberry gummies have had juices / essences added, I cannot find any Blackcurrant juice / essences as of yet. Our gummies are also being dried for longer than before, so should have a more rigid consistency.
Some of the Sour Cherry gummies might have a light layer of foam on the back, this does not affect the content of the gummy or the flavour and will be evenly distributed within the packs of gummies. I believe its because of the natural sugars in the fruit juices, we will try our best to avoid this with the next batch.
NOTE: All gummies will now come in unlabelled, generic packaging.

Terpenes and minor cannabinoids are believed to make a difference in your high, compared to distillate edibles which have no terps, just raw THC and some minor cannabinoids.

I find the Grape Diamond Shatter in edible like getting into a warm bath, a nice pleasant but not overly intense euphoric feeling. Its more sativa-leaning, keeps me awake, a very enjoyable stimulating high.
The Tommy Shelby Shatter in edible form is like getting on a highspeed rollercoaster in my opinion. Actually mental, all I remember is feeling like I could eat myself out of home, feeling stoned to the bone, then waking up 12 or so hours later. Not quite sure what to make of that!

I’d had both strains of the weed from him and the rosin before the pens arrived and they were all excellent. I like rosin vapes both for their purity but also for their smoothness and chilled out high, they are much higher quality than some distillates.
But yeah, you need to hold fire, the menu pricing is whack. I assume it will get sorted at some stage…
