, There are NO planned strikes at the moment.. must be just a backlog.happens every so often.its strange because I ordered from The Great vape company was shipped Tuesday morning 24 hour tracked..and it arrived the Wednesday morning 24 hours.it all depends on where you live,and Which mail Centre are having backlogs?..it's just hit and miss royal mail.. hope you guys get sorted ๐๐๐

See that's perfectly feasible as I do love in a village area.

Hi Powerhouse.. yes seems strange its only happening with Doctor extacts?. There maybe backlogs from where its sent?..or even hold ups when it gets to another mail Centre or delivery office?.it's hard to say.you could ring your local delivery office and they mite shead some light.. ๐๐

Lol ๐ I understand what you're saying there. Sorry I should have made it clearer. If you ring the delivery office.u don't have to mention about a package delayed to your address..just ask them if there are any delays or backlogs at your office atm..if they say yes.explians the delay.if not? You can look at other reasons why it hasn't arrived ๐ ie in rare cases siezed..theft from a light fingered postie from a mail Centre. Or even not sent at all?

Yeah but i've been receiving all of my other 1st class letters and items over the last 3 months just fine with a 1-2 delay at maximum. It's only orders from the Dock that seem to be delayed, so no nail hitting any heads for this...Just doesn't add up/make sense.

Buddy i have been done over again - Ive been left high and dry for the weekend - i have asked PISTACH for the tracking and all I got was 'Ill sort it out later" dont know whether that means the tracking or the actual product itself. If he aint sent it yet I will be pissed and never use them again - I paid $11 for NDD - 3 days ago. I am fuming.
piss take bro, Dr E is great man I don't personally think it's him it could well be supply issues I really don't know, and prior to this occasion I've never had issue with receiving my package always 3 day average 2 with tracked which was my go to option, I'm hoping tracked comes back as its almost guaranteed and if lost you have paid the extra and your vendor has tracking, I'm hoping we get back to normal soon as he is my go to and I have never had problem with this vendor I trust him 100% and people are receiving there packages even if it is within 10 to 14 days I just hope in in future we get our usual 2 to 3 day shipping back because 2 weeks is just 2 long to be waiting when you use them for injury/illness recovery sleep etc have faith though guys we know orders are being received and just for reference I ordered 14th Friday was sent Monday and its Friday now so have been waiting 5 days thus far I'm not worried because reviews are stating 10 day 2 week waits so don't worry 2 much :)
Exactly this mate, never had a single package not turn up and comms have always been great, definitely one of the more professional vendors...it's just a matter of when, kind of like pissing in the wind at the moment
As an update mine turned up today from PISTACH - tracking says it was sent a day after it was marked as sent - obviously no issues with that considering how busy this vendor is. Hopefully everyone else waiting from other vendors get theirs ASAP. :-)
respectfully lad, I used to feel the same however hes one of the biggest vendors on here / uk in general. He will always get back to you EVENTUALLY as frustrating as it may be. Hold tight it'll land soon

Like, I order from other venders when in a pinch and it comes in a few days. I order off Doctor Extracts and recently it can take weeks.

Fair point i was just putting my 2 pence in because was mentioned by the OP as I wrote a thread recently about Royal mail being slow (NDD taking a few days). Having bought off the DM's for years I have been done dirty by Royal Mail on a few occasions - biggest loss being close to ยฃ3500 - never really recovered from it so I have massive chip with RM.
Fucking hell if I lost 3.5k I think i'd shit on Royal Mail at any given chance too ๐๐

I think this is going to be my last order until the situation improves, i've been waiting 13 days so far, and my last 2 orders have also taken a week plus. A real shame as the Doc is the only vendor I use on here, but I just can't be left in limbo every time I order.

1st time I've ever had an issue with the delivery times almost always went with tracked option, unfortunately that was removed last month I think and this is my 1st order since that and these delays have happened I'm just glad I'm not alone in it, people are receiving them even if it late people are still receiving the packages I'm wondering if it has something to do with sourcing the new black pens? aside from this Dr E the best bro hands down for vapes, comms always on point with him always gets back to me about what's going down etc let's just hope a return to normality is coming soon

Hi guys, Iโm sorry about the slow deliveryโs recently we have been sending all the orders out within 24hours as usual, I donโt know why theyโre taking so long to arrive, Iโm trying to sort it though, we use quite a small post office itโs not in a city so that may be the issue, Iโll try get it resolved though. We always reship SND so you will always get your order, I would never want to scam anyone, but I understand itโs frustrating having to wait so long, I may add SND to the packs of 5 so it more available & your always welcome to SND custom orders:)

Far too many "brands" are just filled with cheap D9. I avoid anyone that sells things like Packman, 10/10 Boys, Cake etc
Can get far better carts etc from Dr Terpy/Sensi, DocExtracts, MJConcentrates etc, folk that dont hide behind fake DHGate filled vapes.

I've just received a cart from sayno2drugs, took 5 days from order to landing on the door mat.
I wouldn't touch a "branded cart" from anywhere else on LB. Have had great carts from sensimart, Canadian Imports and GVC.

Just a reminder that the majority of carts on here are still mystery oil. I've bought 50+ carts on here but with full awareness that there's nothing technically stopping the vendors using dirty oil to fill the carts, since no one provides lab tests. Even alot of dispensary brands have been busted for failed labs due to pesticides
Verifications can, and often are, faked. Sure they've got a good rep from those that dont use shit D9, but how exactly can you trust them when too many are fake? You can get seriously good quality D9 for a fraction of a "Branded" vape brand on here. Coldfire is one that I've had, that I've never seen faked, and they were worth every single penny. Packman? Be better off just buying the empty for a few quid, and buying Distillate here, at least then you know what you're getting.
Safest you will be with Canadian Imports and The Vape Company , not all Packmans are fake Yourmumshouse vendor sells Genuine ones .
I bought myself a concentrate vape and never looked back. Mostly smoke crumbles and budders now. Granted there can still be adulterants but itโs far easier to tell whatโs good and not when you are looking at actual concentrate as opposed to something thinned down and put in a cart. I do keep a distillate vape handy for a quick hit here and there but I know what I am buying there so expectations are according.

The ghost cock review was me , and I stand by it. I'm pretty new to carts but I really can't see them getting better than this. I've tried all three, and they are all face fucking super stars, in there own way. My current favourite is Strawnana, but ask me tomorrow and it could be either of the others. GVC I really need to do a proper write up, and will soon. I'll be ordering again this week. Keep it coming.

Ordered 5x Larry OG with HTFSE which didnโt arrive after 2 weeks. Iโve reached out to the Doctor who says a reship is on the way but still nothing. Itโs now been 30+ days and I am $250 down.

The doc is 100% the most genuine person on here. I have used him countless times and all be it sometimes deliveryโs are slow. Iโve always received my product and if for whatever reason the parcel doesnโt arrive the doc is quick to reship. Comms are on point from doc so Iโm surprised you havenโt reached out to him privately first to rectify the issue

Iโm really sorry about this mate we will have it sorted & you will either get what you asked for or we will refund your order, we are not the sort of people to scam anyone this was a genuine mistake, one of our staff that handles the postage has made a little mistake it seems, Iโm going to have a word with all the staff to try solve any issues, we will also send you and extra cart out for free to make up for any inconvenience, again my apologies mate

I must also add and defend the Dr, the original shipment arrived today, approximately 40 days delayed. The Dr already sent out a reshipment special next day delivery, so Iโve messaged him to see how he wishes to proceed. I suspect the delivery genuinely got lost in the post and Royal Mail have found it somewhere

Alright biggas. Finding myself in a very difficult but rare situation with the doctor here. Having a look at the recent reviews and timescales it looks like Iโm not the only one but wanted to gauge the general feeling.
I put a custom order through on Thursday 4th well within cut off for same day shipping. I never expected this on Friday as Iโve never had it delivered next day (assuming this is down to location or maybe by the time they get to the post office the cut off has passed I donโt know) but 90% of these orders tend to come the following day so 2 days shipping for NDD isnโt bad at all and very easily manageable. The other 10% arrive on day 3. Gets to Saturday however and Iโve still not got it, no issues itโs a Saturday so will probably arrive on Monday, nothing.
At this point I've ran out of medication so Iโve reached out to the doc to make him aware that Iโve still not got it and after receiving another NDD order from a well respected vendor on the Friday (1 day delivery) here Iโm starting to think it might not be anything to do with Royal Mail at all. He replies at 9am as per and advises me that he has asked the packaging team for the tracking and this will get sent over asap. On to Tuesday and still nothing. Pop on here to see if the tracking has been sent and unfortunately 0 messages from the doc. Iโve messaged him again and advised him that since Iโve ran out of medication my plan is to try and sort an order from someone who can provide in the interim and I just needed to know expected delivery from the doc to know how much additional I needed to order, again nothing. The next message I received from the doc was this morning which looks to be the exact same message I received previously, the blame seems to be getting put at the feet of the packaging team and how they seem
to be ignoring the docs requests for the tracking. At this point Iโve half accepted that I will never receive the tracking (I know some vendors are weird about sending the tracking out even although it will appear on the envelope) and at this stage I would be over the moon with confirmation that it has been sent and an estimated delivery date.
As it stands I have a NDD that Iโm not even sure has been sent, a vendor that cannot confirm if itโs been sent and a dispute window fast approaching. Any issues Iโve had with vendors previously have been rectified without the need for a dispute and Iโm getting slightly anxious this will be my first. Honestly I thought this would have been common practice for vendors but if there is going to be a downgrade in delivery services make sure you are upping the comms so that your buyers are being kept in the loop. Begrudgingly it looks like I may have to move on to pastures new.

The Doc is LB Gold but if anything does go wrong he is very quick to deflect the blame onto the โpackaging teamโ which isnโt in itself very helpful.
I never actually need the tracking per se, provided the vendor checks it and tells me what it says as confirmation/reassurance! NDDโs that are sent correctly (and thereโs the rub) normally do arrive within the stated window, or close enoughโฆ

I ordered first class 2.5 weeks advance of Christmas and messaged doc on around 21st dec to ask for SND reship as nothing had arrived (already previously agreed). Doc says reship has been sent next day, nothing over Christmas and no comms expectedly had to survive off street weed. I then message with a bit more firmness for the tracking of the reship that was sent, I get no reply but the next day the cart arrives in the post with a special delivery by 1pm label dated from the day before. Worst of all the initial of the first name was wrong leading to someone else opening the package, potentially catastrophic ๐ฉ lucky not much harm done. The product is so good and while i do think its not doc himself, he needs to give his โpackaging teamโ a kick up the arse and stop blaming Royal Mail before customers start looking elsewhere
I had a similar issue - once the package showed up around a week or so later it had a 1st class stamp so it was sent 1st class instead of SND - honest mistake to make once - I reached out to the Dr. they were helpful and said I could put the extra postage paid towards my next order..
Was it definitely sent via SNDD? I ordered some LR carts on 28th December, dispatched on 2nd January, and they're still not here on 10th January. I do find things take much longer to get to me from this vendor than from almost anyone else, but mine was sent 1st Class.
At this stage Iโm not even sure if it has been sent but it wouldnโt surprise me to hear itโs been sent 1st class after paying extra for SND. Iโm having a look at the recent reviews though and something doesnโt add up. 1st class orders being delivered within 2 days but SNDD sometimes taking up to 20 days. Somethings seems off and I donโt think these discrepancies are down to location.
Similar experience to me. Last few months have been a guessing game if itโll turn up or not - almost have to factor in the 2 weeks of it potentially not arriving. Before then itโd almost always arrive within few days. Last order I had to dispute as I was getting nowhere with the re-ship not turning up after a week etc. Tracking info never got sent either. It got resolved in the end and I received it so canโt fault them for that and comms were often.. Just a shame though as Dr is usually reliable on shipping/arriving, so just need to be a bit more wary on order/expected delivery dates going forward.

Hi guys, Iโve just seen this thread Iโm sorry I didnโt get back to you all sooner, I think Iโve got some explaining to do to clear up any issues. Essentially as my business has grown bigger Iโve not had the time to do all the work I used to do by my self so Iโve had to hire on staff, we have a small team that does the packaging and shipping for us and we have an admin that answers the messages and sorts out reships, I personally only make the carts, reply to post or messages my team have told me they need help with, I wish I could do it all but I really donโt have the time with family as well as my second legitimate business. The admin and the packaging team are at 2 different locations, it seems like the main issue is stemming from my packaging team, itโs always been hard to tell with 1st class wether it was an issue with my team or an issue with the Royal Mail as the Royal Mail is genuine very poor sometimes and has lost packages I have personally packed so I know they have been sent, but when it comes to SND itโs a lot easier to find the issue, what seems to be happening is my packaging team is either sending some orders that should have been sent snd with 1st class by mistake or not sending them at all, in the case where they are not sent at all this is normally a genuine accident as it can be easy to over look an order when youโve got lots of orders in a day. If itโs not been sent the customer will normally ask for the tracking after itโs not arrived for a few days which is a very fair thing to do, Iโve told my admin to ask our packaging team for tracking then send it over to the customer & if there is no tracking to assume itโs lost and either reship or refund the customer, the issue is my admin is asking for the tracking but the packaging team will sometimes not reply for days meaning my admin doesnโt know whether he should proceed with the reship or not, this is simply not acceptable, Iโve told my packaging team itโs not acceptable but clearly it isnโt getting through to them, Iโm going to try my best to make sure this issue never happens again, if it continues please make a post on our page so I am more likely to see it, because if it continues I may have to go back to personally packing and sending the orders to ensure my customers are getting the level of service they deserve. I will also make sure that any orders that do not arrive are either refunded or reshipped, we are not trying to scam anyone here or mess anyone around, I want my business to run smoothly and for my customers to happy with the product and the service they receive, Iโm genuinely really sorry that so many of you have been inconvenienced by our logistics issue, I promise you all I will get it sorted<3

Have you now received your order? I'm in a similar situation. Ordered on 4th January. 5 cart mix with SND delivery. Initial issue with the packing team receiving my address. Resolved by the 10th January with the order supposedly sent then. It's now the 16th January, 6 days after a SND was sent and I have still received nothing. Asked for this to be tracked today so let's see what the response is. I've had to order from another vendor who delived the next day. Looks like Dr Extracts is not sending orders SND when that's what people have selected. Why offer SND if you can't actually offer tbe service?
This is my 3rd order, 1st was sent 1st Dec, was sent 1st class, nothing for days, made a 2nd order a few days later, 5 carts plus SND, they both arrived 10th December, both sent 1st class :( the dispute option is now available although I wouldnโt like to go through that, he does seem like a nice guy and his products are 10/10

What happens if the Vendor (Genhub 2.0) havenโt sent your item? Youโve marked cancel but you need the Vendor to confirm the cancellation to be eligible for a refund, but they havenโt used the messenger in 17 days, but somehow manage to come online today and take all of their products down? Also messaged the help borg, waiting for a reply.
If an item stays marked as paid but not sent for ~100 hours after marked as paid then you will be automatically refunded.
As youโve messaged the Borg and considering the circumstances of shelves being emptied and 17 days no comms y you may get it earlier (come back and let us know!).

Sorry this has happened, always annoying when a vendor accepts your $$$ but isn't responsive. When did you originally make the order?
If it has been a few days and it hasn't even been marked as sent, then that is reasonable grounds to cancel; if the seller doesn't accept, then you should raise a dispute. Your money should still be in escrow with Transaxe, so you can force a refund back that way.
Does anyone know if the timer on Transaxe sending the funds to the seller starts on payment or the product being marked as sent? If it is the first, you are golden. If not, then act promptly.

New 100% live resin carts

New 100% live resin carts
We will now be stocking 100% live resin carts, we make them using HTFSE sauce (High terpene full spectrum extract) which is essentially live resin with the THC-a crystals filtered out. We then get normal live resin and mix it with the HTFSE at a ratio of 70% live resin 30% HTFSE sauce. Both the live resin and the HTFSE will be from the exact same strain as they are exacted using the same buds in the same lab, so they should give you an accurate high to the original strain. We do not add any terpenes or liquifiers to this mix, the Htfse is high in natural cannabis terpenes so they make up most of the flavour. The flavour might not be as strong as other carts due to this but it definitely has a more realistic taste, the carts are also very smooth and get me very high, I personally really like them so I hope you all do as well:)
The Htfse and live resin are obviously expensive so we had to price these ones slightly higher, Iโm planning to have 3 price tiers, distillate only being the cheapest, the 50/50 mix being the mid tier & the 100% live resin being the top tier for people that donโt mind paying a bit more for the best quality:)

These are super nice ๐๐ผ Absolutely worth the slightly higher price tag. The effects are much more complete compared to distillate and I love that you get a bit more of a "weed" taste. Excellent stuff.

We would like to ask the reviewer to come forward and share some information with us and LB community if possible, to understand what in these vapes earned the score of 7/10 when almost all buyers has left 10/10 because they really are 10/10 Terpiest pens around here.
We really want to know the reason behind unless you are Competitor that couldnt bare to see we were 9.9/10 Overall Score and done your dirty work.

If product simply meets expectations people are so psyched about getting it through the post that they give 10/10.
Once this wears off, you realise that truthful reviews are important to be able to know the quality of vendor's products. 7/10 means satisfactory or average in the real world to me.
Quality, value for money and or creative stealth should be the only considerations imo.
A fake review would be 5 or under and especially 1/10 with no comment. I don't think 7/10 requires comment, but hopefully the customer will get in touch to tell you as you have asked. Good luck.

Itโs for this reason I dislike the 1-10 review/rating system we have currently. It seems the middle ground rating on LB is 8 purely for the service and then if you liked the product you go to 9 or 10 otherwise you feel like youโre screwing the vendor. If I got delivered average weed Iโd personally want to rate it 6-7 (1-4 is bad, 5 acceptable and 5+ good)
Iโd like to see 2 rating options:

Absolutely the vendor should not suffer rating reduction if they have been honest about their product. If it's described as mids but it's total schwag then you don't wanna feel bad as consumer for being honest about that.

Imo the score should be given on how accurately described the product is and the level of service given. Not the subjective tastes of an individual. Imo of course;)

And if one customer giving us a hint on improve is only going to do good for the community we serving!!
Is just we sell these offline to our customers in London ยฃ100-120. We only increase in demand but we cannot avoid possibility that our products are not for everyone so guess we just take the review on the chin :)))

Thought id try it out 9am this morning. reluctantly I just bit it in half. Worth a shot hah, do you sell smaller quantities of your distillate to EU? 100ml is quite a lot for a single consumer.

Going for a girl's camping weekend in France and I want to bring some sweets! Does anyone have anything that looks "store bought" and which doesn't smell obviously like weed? The ideal would look just like something I can buy at the shop for airport stealth, fairly strong so I don't have to bring too many for the 8 of us, and gummies so they are easier to portion for the inexperienced girls who might just want a nibble instead of the full experience.
I'm a very boring looking mom-type lady and I'm not too worried about taking a bag of Haribo (or whatever) through Liverpool airport but would just feel better if my gummy bears or cola cubes fit in with their non-psychoactive friends and don't smell like a grateful dead concert.

Did someone say sweets? I have a rather cunning option for you right here! These are 25mg thc per sweet and made with a lovely hybrid shatter.

I usually buy bears, hearts and snakes (whacky worms) from DIUK.
DIUK makes bears in 12.5mg (cute fuzzy bears) and 20mg (big fuzzy bears) and the whacky worms pack a wallop at 50mg.
Their love hearts are pretty much like the 20mg bears.
I would say the 12.5mg is a safe bet for someone to try out edibles.
I've also bought some from edibaby69 but she's been out of stock for a while. Hers are supposedly full spectrum and they replicate classic Haribo designs.
I just went to France for Easter but posted 2 packs of re-sealed Haribo bags with some DIUK love hearts and whacky worms.
I posted not using tracked (therefore anonymous) to see if they would reach the other side (I sent them to my family's address in France). They took 10 days to arrive.
I didn't want to risk getting through the airport with them as I was travelling with my partner and son but I have read threads on LB where people's advice is to put the sweets in your checked luggage.
You might have noticed that they use those long cotton-bud lookalike sticks inside the handbags at airport security, I assume that these are used to find for traces of explosive but am not sure.
I'm sure some of us who have regularly taken edibles on flights will chirp in.

Edibles are the one thing I would happily take on a plane, and regularly do (carts go in my checked bags). If branded I obviously remove any packaging and mixing them with other sweets is super stealth. Other than if you had kilos of them ๐คญ or were going to the UAE I really donโt see any risk at allโฆ.
