You shouldn't be allowed to claim any benefits while in full time employment. It's crazy, we are basically subsidising employers who ought to be paying more.

And I hope that, one day, employers decide paying a living wage is more important than ever increasing profits such that in work benefits are no longer necessary. I propose a link between maximum and minimum pay within an organisation. Let's say; no pay ( overall package including bonuses, perks and dividends) higher than 5x the lowest full time salary.

You should look into some unbiased reporting on the soviet Union, and some witness statements from the older generation who lived through it.

You will find that many of them tell you life was better in the USSR, than in post USSR Eastern Europe and Russia. Besides that they were several decades ahead of the west on womens rights and social services.

But like anything good, the Americans bring it down from the inside, or out, USSR, Great Britain, either way. Their media controls the narritive, and communism effects their ability to steal all the money. There is a reason Cinema is oversaturated with anti Communist rhetoric.

A great book on the subject is Eat The Rich by the US satirist (and huge drug consumer) P.J. O'Rourke. I think his and my politics are probably polar opposites, but you could get fucked up at a party with him and have an amazing time. Anyway, good book. Breaks down all sorts of different political stances, and Good Communism is one chapter, and Bad Communism another. He's a funny guy, but maybe don't consider it as in depth reasoned academic analysis.

Communism is inherently tyrannical. History shows that. There aren’t any examples of success for a reason. It goes against the human spirit. Millions more died die to its tyranny than under the Nazis but you never see documentaries on the BBC or Netflix about Stalin, Mao or Pol Pot. Capitalism isn’t perfect by a long way but meritocracy is natural and drives progress. People to an extent sort themselves into roles and structures on natural ability and interest. Socialism just teaches people to rely on the state whilst the state gets to dictate how people think and behave. It’s ideological tyranny on the one extreme and financial exploitation of a liberal society by the few on the other. My grandad was a carpenter and paid his subs to his union for years until he acknowledged the financial and ideological corruption that it was based on.

I would argue we are already in a post-humanist world, and have been for some time, with the evolution of media, pointedly the internet, on group mentality, opinion and aligning of thought. All through intense, persistent and unrelenting social pressure, various political propagandas and essentially, marketing.

The coagulation of collective conscious intentions via the internet, dispersing opinion, values and philosophies, dispenses of the opinion forming skills of those exposed to it more and more as generations turn over. This has happened in stages since the introduction of the web and I believe can be prevalently seen in the west. In particular, in political states which lean more towards capitalism, as this effectively 'supercharges' the evolution of these mass influences.

We as humans are physically not really evolving any more, Darwinism isn't exactly hitting the spot for us, take a walk through any small town centre and I'm sure you'll find it hard to disagree (We do still hold the record as the best long distance land animal though if I'm not mistaken). We do however evolve behaviourally at an astronomical scale when compared to other species.

Whether the invocation of an effective 'hive mind' on our selves causes us to enter a state of 'post' humanism is open to debate of course, but i think on the Richter scale of change it scores rather high.

It's a continuation in the general trend that hominids have been on for the past several hundred thousand years - generally Humans have small "litters" that they invest more effort into than other mammals. Not sure, but all I know is that evolution is producing more poor people now and our technology is having diminishing returns from all that we invest in it. The daily wake up rush rush rush to the city, bigger this better that. More money , more power. The cycle of American western society. Drone like lower middle classes buying products continuously to pay the share holders of large corporations their dividends and profits. Then we are fed advertising 24/7 and one sided news channels/papers/social media that fits corporate agendas and profit…… that are owned by these exact people…….it’s a cycle that never ends.

I'd argue that that was culture rather than evolution. But you could also argue that the two are inextricably linked.

The metrics for wealth are skewed in favour of consumerism. The UK has a lot of wealth generation tied up in housing instead of things like having a 401k. This leads to a large chunk of the population not wanting cheaper houses as it will negatively affect things like their retirement.

So people can afford things like TV's etc. but cannot afford housing and electricity in winter. People are told they are richer compared to the previous generation, but the quality of life can be much lower if they have kids. If you really want to know what it is like for the 'rich people' go to MumsNet where people can afford multiple children going to St Paul's where each of their kids costs 10,000 a term, and they speak about it like pocket change.

All wealth is generated from conversion, we like to use the term creation as that doesn't have the negative connotations that conversion has. In a conversion, there was something, and now there is something else. What was there is likely no longer there forever with the shit rolling down hill to people we are never aware of. Coltan and Sony's 'Playstation war' is a good example of the bollocks we help create.

It may seem I am anti-capilist, I am not, I just view it as lizard brained. It is not an invisible hand of the market, it is an invisible claw of the market. The use of hand is an anthropomorphism. The market has no conscience. It just consumes. Including consuming you and your children.

Personally, I think the spread of knowledge is more important than the continuance of genetics. You need enough people alive to keep forward momentum. We are also more aware of the fuckery people do in our name due to our internet. Historically we could do shit like manifest destiny as people could be convinced they were more deserving.

Unless we solve the issue of the universe will suffer a heat death, there is going to be a last generation some time. There needs to be people to perceive western culture for it to have any value. Western culture is not really dieing, in London at least within 1 generation the kids are usually acclimatized. London is a range of attitudes, the UK is a range of attitudes.

Poor countries have lots of kids as it increases the chances of future wealth. For example, help for free in a family business. Happiness is something that maybe a later generation is allowed.

As I say available better education is the key for all children, even though some people think giving girls worse education will solve the breeding problem. More badly educated people, more meat puppets to extract wealth from. When shit goes sideways make sure you have enough wealth to bolt somewhere. Lizard brain.
