200 mics is going to be very strong, especially if you’ve not done it before.

Personally, I would save it for a nice sunny day, when you have nothing else to do, and do half each with a willing buddy. Have a couple of spliffs handy, and go for a walk in the woods, fields or a beach etc…

Half's have always been my best experience I watched tron on it and it wasn't overwhelming

Half is very much recommend especially for a first time just pop it under your tongue for 15 minutes

Also you smoke like a truck so I would get a good bit of bud

Like you can smoke a lot more than usual

Also bring a very trusted mate who if possible has a bit of experience

If you've never taken it, 200 may be a tad strong. However, if its a nice spring day and you have nothing to do, take it and go for a wander for a few hours ( effects should only last around 6-8 hours) and I know you mentioned you quit smoking but having a few spliffs at hand definitely helps calm the ride.

Like everyone else has mentioned go with a quarter/half for sure, the only thing I would add is make sure you take it when you feel 100% comfortable/excited to take it. Any sort of fear/anxiety you have about the trip will more than likely come out in the trip but way way stronger. Even outside anxiety can creep into your trip, so the better your general wellbeing/mood the better your trip will be.

I also would advise just to have one friend with you just in case things go south or even a 3rd friend who is happy not taking it. Other than that go enjoy it mate, I tried most of the social/party drugs back in the day and if there is one I really miss it is lsd. Some of the most mesmerising trips I have ever had, makes real life feel black and white.

haha everyone who has done acid before remembers their first time. I took one 250ug tab on my own at my parents house and was chilling. second time I did it I had an unpleasant trip but I found at such a low dose you can pull urself back from spiralling pretty easy. I put the tab under my tongue for maybe 10 mins or so and then swallowed it. 40-60 mins after it started to kick in.

acid is a wild ride so strap in and make sure you're ready because for 10 hours you won't even be able to sleep. I recommend creating a journal whether physical or through something like videos but overall just have a great trip.

I once got a handed a sugar cube doused in the stuff after a heavy drinking and coke session. I don't recommend it, never felt the same again since.

Because once you take a high dose of psychedelics your brain and mindset is altered forever. Not necessarily a bad thing, depending on the experience.

I can imagine, anything would be too much after a drinking + coke session, I hope you'll gradually go back to normal x

Yeah cut it in half and make it into two. Personally I like doing it alone as I feel other people can affect the trip (I am an introvert) but if you are a people person deffo get someone else involved (it will affect your trip in a good way if you like peeps)

Start with a quarter of that tab as it's a very strong dose.
Make sure you're with someone you trust, and the mood is just right.
LSD can be the best experience of your life, but equally can destroy your head.
The fact that you're asking for advice would lead me to advise you to swerve it, for now......bless x

Wrap it in tin foil and put it in an airtight container in the freezer. Will last indefinitely like that.

Yes there is an argument for the less info the better when going on your first trip, but I have still seen people go fucking mental after saying fuck it I will try it without a care in the world.

I always educated myself heavily on the good and the bad of any drug before I decided to take it and I think it served me well.

My first trip was 2 x double dip strawberries, i still have vivid memories 35 years later, my second was 3 x tabs and i burned my hands grabbing the carpet for hours on end as i was about to shoot through the roof i was so high!
My last was 4 years ago. Bought truffles in Rotterdam, got bus to Hannover and had the worst trip ever in a budget hotel!
Im very much in the "fuck it" camp, on the basis that im being a twat so you don't have to.
And along the way, i've seen people in a far worse state.

Remember microdots and microstars in the mid '90s? Never did one, but I remember that the people that did were right off their faces. Back when MDMA was £10+/pill, and you had your money's worth.

Ive tried tabs on here, my mate was a first timer, and she was seeing spaceships on half, i did 1.5 and had a great time, but no visuals.
We were camping in woods on edge of dartmoor, and 2 poachers appeared at 2am.
It was VERY weird indeed, next level oddness......

Weird thing is I recently did the same. Was looking to buy gummies and god knows how ended up buying a 200ug paper. I did a lot of acid back in the early 70s. Tabs cut with speed, microdots, blotting paper etc. Haven't touched it in over 50 years (I'm 70 now) and hadn't planned to ever again. Now I have it sitting on my mantlepiece looking at me and daring to me do it again. I'm not that tempted to be honest. Will be interested to hear your experience though.

Excellent advice here. Have you ever taken shrooms? If not, then cut that tab in half before it goes under your tongue. LSD can last up to 12 hours, so plan for that. Also you'll have residual altered thoughts for a while after that. As has been mentioned, you're never the same again after taking your first high dose of psychedelics, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
