I would say that's an unnessecary thing to consider. We all love cannabis and it can help in a myriad of ways, and there are papers that say how cannainoids might help aid gastro problems, but it's equally as unlikely to have any effect. My personal recomendation is to learn to love eating raw ginger - it's a miracle cure for stomachs. cut a thin slice the size of an old 50p (too young to remember the old 50p? fuck ya) and slowly nibble on it over 10-20 minutes. the majority of people will try it once and never go back because of the taste, but that's the reason we have big pharma, no patience for natural remedies
