They have been like that for a good number of years and it can takes days to get it unfrozen with no human support just chat bots.

Oh no, what a nightmare! I’ve been using revolut too and thankfully haven’t had any problems so far.

What was the process like for trying to get it back? I’m sure i’ll be having to go through it at some point too 😔

I usually buy around twice a month from here and when i’m sending btc on revolut, i say the wallet address is a ‘business’ account and make up a label for it, rather than saying it’s getting sent to a ‘personal’ wallet, and i’m not sure if this makes a difference or not but might be worth trying if you’re doing it the other way round

Sorry you had your account restricted though, that really sucks, hopefully it’ll be back soon, when i’ve heard of this happening before, people tend to get it back quite quickly. Hopefully same thing happens for you!
