Can you make a dispute with a vendor if you bought something without signing in?

I bought a bar of hash from them and they've sent me a slab of henna .
Do you know if I can open a dispute now or do I have to wait until the window opens ?
Is there someone I can report this too ? Surely this product should be taken off the wall .

Yeah, to dispute you will need to stay in the process- tab opens on your order page on day 9. Disputes on quality can be a bit subjective especially when other reviews are good but ultimately the algorithm will decide if you can’t resolve it with the vendor.
You could message Clean Up Borg about the product but if yours is the only complaint they are more likely to advise you to dispute than take down the product….but it’s worth a try👍

Well I guess that would be a novel approach- there does seem to be plenty of 10/10 scores for it too!

BBdoom tells me they're probably good people but with a bad team.

I think you've hit the nail on the head there is probably a couple of individuals helping themselves to people's orders and maybe even substituting decent hash for rubbish they've picked up
They are scammers .I'm talking with them now and they're lying through their crooked little teeth.
