how does it make sense to pay for all the code you throw away?

Basically we would rather code than sort through resumes and we aren't interested in legacy identities :)

There is redundancy this way but we can usually learn something from each developer's approach, we can also find devs we want to work with in the future. So it's not only more fun and productive it's actually a cheaper recruiting method compared to the overhead-heavy alternatives :)
