had a dispute recently, just had to click dispute button i dont remember even having to give a reason for the dispute, unless i'm mistaken it feels like this system is asking to be abused?
feel a bit worried for the vendors if thats the case with all the new buyers and users etc, this could get messy

had a dispute settled yesterday and yeah your fears are not unfounded. 2 buys vs 6000 sales and yet 85% to the buyer. Didn't even message me first :/

Pretty much the exact same happened to us a few weeks back. It needs to be more fair all round. No one will listen though!

LB does need a huge makeover tbh, there's a lot of simple things that LB could do in order to improve it's functionality, along with siding with the vendor more sometimes.

If/when vendors send items as untracked, literally anyone could say that they didn't get them and people could take advantage of that, lie to the first vendor, then the next and so fourth.

We need like a suggestions thread so each member could throw their ideas out there to the mods/admins.

Simple things like stock control.. Boy, that would be a hugeee help, sure a search bar would be great but even a #hashtag system would work well, there's so many little things that would make LB greater than it is now.

Is this good or bad for buyers and sellers...? A fair few people were not happy with the escrow anyway by the looks of the reviews. Hopefully the change is for the better. I will be sticking to my established trusted sellers from now on.
