How to make dispute
Hello I made an order with one of the companies here and they stated they sent my items out by next day delivery. However it’s been a week and I have nothing. I’ve tried contacting them on 3 occasions to no avail, and this is a a company I’ve used frequently in the past.

I’m unable to get any information on the status of my order as they won’t respond to me. I can see them fulfilling other orders so I know it’s not something like the business has gone AWOL.

So how do I go about making some kind of dispute? I’d just like a response at this point. I’m a little aggy about not having my stuff for a week and possibly over Christmas :(

You can start a dispute 9-21 days after an order is marked sent, just go to the orders page and you'll find the button.

It's probably just RM being the buffoons they are but no communication for a week is poor, disputing will get their attention and you would be doing everyone here a favor.

Yeah I’ve not heard back still and I’ve made a dispute, they don’t seem concerned at all about the dispute at all.

I’ve attempted to reach out numerous times since I placed my order on the 14th December.

At this point I’m beginning to feel like the group are purposely ignoring messages from me. Which is a shame because I became a loyal customer.

Anyway the group is called “JustWeed” if people want to stay clear from them. It’s a shame they would do something like this to be honest.
