Honestly I feel if these Thai vendors are ever to succeed on LB they must come to an agreement with Borgs to alter how rules are applied to them, which will likely never happen.

There is a massive opportunity for biggas here that is being spoiled by the impatient submitting disputes ASAP which flags as fraud suspected and the dispute is auto resolved while the weed is still in transit. Now the vendors down weed and funds from dispute refunds and all other funds are withheld by LB creating more issues with reinvesting into product and bribing PO officials and others.

I’ve ordered Thai from LB on two occasions, the first from Thai-Lands (this same mob) which arrived in 18 days and another with Isan Dragon that couldn’t send product but resolved this through comms no dispute needed. At the same time both vendors were inundated by disputes, fraud suspected flags and demands from biggas… poor show folks.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the dispute system, but this clearly is not working for vendors in Asia. Remove dispute option on Thai vendors and make it clear this is the case on vendor page and biggas truly order at their own risk (ordering from Thailand IS a risk in terms of time of delivery and seizure) or alter the dispute rules for these pages would be my recommendation.

You are right in that the dispute system should work but doesn’t for a simple reason. The earliest a dispute can be opened is after 9 days and this creates a new 16 day window before auto resolution which can be extended for another 16 days. That’s 41 days and if it hasn’t arrived by then it’s not coming! The system falls down because it registering the dispute % as they are opened not as they are paid out which is surely all that matters? Just needs a simple tweak really but who’s listening?🤷‍♂️

A foreign vendor has to reconcile to the fact that their cash flow is going to be slow. Honestly though, other than for a bargain why take the risk?

This is the second time for us here. People are impatient and we warned everyone multiple times and this is not amazon. so idk what to do we cannot take anymore orders here.

I think stating 5-9 days delivery (correct?) was the problem. Day 10 and many pants are shat in. I believe from ordering to dispute window is 21 days (correct anybody?) so I would have put 14 days delivery so it doesn’t look scam like. Gone vendor Hashishin from the Middle East used to take anywhere from 10-30+ days with no hassle.

You would miss Hashishin. Hope hes ok considering where in the world he was shipping from. His hash was sublime.

I’ve seen one incidence of a vendor having Fraud Suspected removed. How was this done I wonder? Did all disputes either receive the goods and/or refunds? Is it a case by case Borg thing, I dunno? You do have genuine positive sales/reviews, why can’t you be allowed to start afresh with an honest delivery time, ‘2 weeks plus’ and your usual ‘be patient’ caveat and orders will come in from previously satisfied customers? (I’m sure it isn’t as easy as that but I feel your frustration!)

when I last spoke to them they said they would be back with items in stock around 10/10/24. hoping they do return.
