Placed a order 26th dec but it auto cancelled 3 days after not contact from vendor. so I’m not sure what to do

I had an order auto cancel, I have sent my Wallet address can anyone give me any ideas as to how long is usually takes to come back into my wallet ?

My seller cancelled my order as he was out of stock. I received a message from borg to reply with my btc address for a refund which I have done but I have not yet received any further communication/refund. Is the process automatic?

Hello my order auto cancelled and I received a message saying from refund borg saying to send address.

I have not done this before. I went onto my coinbase and selected receive. This generated a code like when I pay vendors. I copied and pasted this into the chat.

Is this correct? How long does refund take, it's been over 24 hours now. But it is the weekend.

so, I made an order with a seller that had been having internet issues, I dont want to pay the gas fees for the refund and then again to send it back, is there a way to recover an auto canceled order?
