Yes its a called a 510 connection so a 510 battery will fit any cartridge, there are exceptions for example there are batteries that conceal the cartridge inside, although these batteries have the same connection (510) you will need a slim cartridge design so it can drop into the battery. But If you start with a pen style battery with a 510 connection you will be able to order any cartridge knowing it fits.
