If I need something that’s not going to blow my tits off I vape a bit Thai weed, nice mellow gentle buzz. Distillate vapes on a battery are good for micro-dosing too, just tiny hits to take the edge off can work wonders.

Having suffered with anxiety/depression myself, I find these drops to be very good at combatting the symptoms. Guess it depends how you take them though, it’s good to not become too reliant on the drops and instead take them some days apart for best effects. But everyone gets different experiences, and dosing/effect desired is very personal.

Which oil would you recommend, indica, saliva or hybrid?

If you’re looking for a creative, more uplifting head high I’d go sativa and if you’re after couch lock then indica. I’ve had both and recommend either, haven’t tried the hybrid.

My wife and I love the sativa, it’s incredible for opening the mind, honestly it’s good stuff! We spend many hours having the most amazing conversations and exploring our souls. It’s so good.

All you need to do it buy CBD bud and mix it to whatever ratio you see fit. For example if you mix a 20% thc strain with a 20% cbd strain at a 1:1 ratio then that would be a balanced high. Adjust to 2:1 or 3:1 etc
