I want to love PremiumExtracts too but as they won’t even pick up the two messages I’ve sent them about a 10 day wait it’s proving difficult. Shame....there seems much to love!

Well i got a delivery read my review i posted picture, its a weird one i highly rated them they messaged me the other day wishing me all the best and thanking me for the review, everything was spot on with my order, something seems wrong they not been lifted have they as i want a box of twax stix for xmas lol but as of now i dunno what to do. Have they been marked as shipped? Will say there was a 2 day delay 1 week ago with royal mail so i doibt they are catching up so it could have got worse, what delivery methods did you use?

I like to pay for tracked but they only offered RM first class. Weird thing was at the point of order they messaged to say a new batch was being made which would cause a couple of days delay which I was fine with but my order status marked “sent” the very next morning. 10 days later and zero comms. What to do??

Thats not good, sent should only be used if its at the post office, if no comma i seriously suspect something hoing on serious as this is weird i only bought once but fromwhat iv read they are nothing but a great vendor. I will message them and only buy if i get reply

Thanks man, exactly why I thought I was home and dry. It’s so difficult to resolve when they don’t do the comms. Guessing they are busy as hell, I can understand that, but they’ve only gotta talk to me!!

Yea i must admit, i got a message off them thanking me for the review but even that took 5 days from me actually posting it so im guessing its a mad one, hope it isnt like this when i order my box lol
