Hey ordered a product on 11th jan, didn’t come after 4 days, so wrote to seller he got back to me 6 days later, basically gave no shits, just told me how busy he was, no attempt at trying to find out wether they made a mistake their end. So I wait another 10 days it’s obv not coming, the dude was so rude and unhelpful, I asked if I could see the receipt (on their sellers page it says ‘we keep every receipt to prove we sent it’. My beef wasn’t that it wasn’t sent but if he was so busy he could have just made a mistake, I’ve never not received any post since being at this address. It’s not about the money, it’s about the really bad customer service, just because it’s weed doesn’t mean you can’t be polite and helpful. I thought LB was supposed to be a friendlier way of buying, will stick to the local village dealer next time. I was polite all the way through he offered no solution whatsoever other than never to order from him/her/them/they again!
