Been buying from DIUK for a long time now but since christmas they really have dropped the ball.

Over the Xmas period there was obviously a lot of RM strikes which made the delivery times longer and of course, I understood and waited.

However, since then they have never recovered. I have bought from them multiple times this year and each and every time (despite it being sent 1st class) it would take over a week to arrive. At first I put this down to the RM being slow, however, I also realised I was getting other first class post the day after it was sent (as is standard).

I decided to bite the bullet and opt to buy my next order with special next-day delivery (for an extortionate amount). I didn't mind as DIUK had done a great service for a long time and if it meant I actually got the product on time I was happy.

Unfortunately the package never arrived next day, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited the entire weekend with it still not arriving, on Monday I messaged to let them know and they took an age to get back to me and eventually told me it has been sent out first class 'by mistake'. Annoyed, but assuming it would be on its way I waited again. Still nothing. Over a week later and they are unresponsive on the subject and not helping at all with looking into their mistake and I am still without what I paid for.

Yesterday I bought from another vendor on here and they sent it out first class and it has arrived today with no problem.

To me, it is clear that the problem is not with royal mail and if you are in a similar position with DIUK where they are telling you it is in rm's hands and they can do nothing I wouldn't believe them. They blatantly have not sent the product out but have kept the money.

Would love some advice if anybody has any on how to go about looking at getting this order refunded. I will not be using them ever again and I strongly suggest anybody thinking of using them on here takes a look at another vendor instead as it's highly likely you won't ever recieve anything from DIUK.

I have left reviews on their page, but they have been buried by suspiciously pointed positive reviews since then that suddenly mention royal mail strikes and how the product arrives quickly as if to counter act what I have commented.

On top of that, the product itself has sunk in quality. Again, do not use them.
