We're happy to compromise on sending out another order at 50% of total cost (including delivery). We hope this might be acceptable, if so, please place a fresh order and pay via the usual method but send half of the total cost. We have items being listed overnight.
Of course if it was returned we would accept payment of delivery cost only and resend, but we do not ever record a return address to our packages, or include anything that might identify us as the sender. The package and item is lost to us.
Also, the original address was correct. All other post has arrived here. The building I'm in is new so the updated address I gave you is the same address with additional instructions for the postman
There are two valid postcodes for the building as there are two entrances on different streets. I changed the postcode for the redelivery because the original order didn't arrive and I thought it was worth trying it. You can resend to the original address, everything else I've ordered has arrived and the address is correct
