I have had the same thing
On saturday 25th i made payment and waiting to hear back
Money definitely transferred- hoping order will come through
It was my first order- since that i have made 2 more orders exactly the same and they have come through all ok

First 2 orders for me were grand too. Fingers crossed the order was recieved but just not showing up on my orders. Another reply saying that I could have been logged out when order was made and to expect delays in deliveries atm.

Where you definitely logged in at time of purchase?...sometimes browser can log you out and you can order without being logged in...its the only thing i know that would make sense

Thanks for the reply. I didnt think you could order if you were logged out. What would happen then, would the order details still be recieved by the vendor?

Yes you can order logged out

The payment and details should all have gone through if entered correctly

The vendor should be able to link you up using your personal details

It wont hinder the process really just it wont be in your orders and you cant review

Should be all grand if the vendor has good rep, thats all i can say on the matter personally
