Gym helps anxiety a lot been for 2 nearly 3 years and the one thing that has stayed with me is a little more confidence

I've been microdosing on psilocybin for over a year now, and I'd suggest 0.2g to start mate. 0.1g didn't do it for me, but I feel significantly better after switching to 0.2g. Much easier to deal with stressful situations, and that carries over into the days you're not doing it. I'm doing a Stamets Stack regime with lions mane and niacin (make sure you get the flushing kind).
