Were you logged in when you placed the order?

It’s an easy mistake to make. Your order will be processed as normal but you won’t be able to see it, review it or dispute it. But you will get it (some people prefer the anonymity 🤷🏼‍♂️).

You can message the vendor to confirm….

I think I was signed in, as usually I am but maybe a good point that I haven’t been when ordered hence the reason for it not showing up. Guess I’ll just have to play the waiting game now haha

Hope they are back soon. Furthermore I hope they have the lemon haze hash restocked. I miss that sweet lemony tickle.

This is an old post and I haven’t been able to order with them in a while as they had suspended service to Ireland. DIUK were always top class to deal with and genuinely care about their customers. I am sorry to hear of their team members lose 🙏

I threw an order in last Sunday night, marked as sent Monday and even got a response and nothing turned up. Understand the frustrations with regards to order but given the circumstances you'd have to take it at face value, let the team deal with their grief firstly and most importantly. When the time comes I am sure that they will reach out to anyone who's orders have been affected. In the meantime for us consumers, there's a dispute system there to protect our finances.
