What u need to do is heat up the syringe by holding it in boiled water for a few seconds. Because the distillate is really thick and sticky it holds on to that plastic cap. After submerging for like 10 secs or so it should be easy to just twist off

Just received my thc distillate which comes in a single use syringe which has a spring around a black cap which I need to remove. I've tried a few times and feel like I'm going to break it.Should I be pulling or twisting it or both?
Any help would be much appreciated.
