Hi, when you place your order it should take you to a page that says how much bitcoin to send and to where. It’s a long mix of letters and numbers. Go to your bitcoin provider and choose ‘send’ bitcoin, then type or paste that address in and send the exact amount shown in the order page.

I haven’t used that provider so I’m not sure. There is usually small fees of a few kinds involved at some point so that might be why. You just need to make sure what the recipient received is the exact amount in bitcoin from the order page.

I find the best thing to do on coinbase is buy the Bitcoin with a card instead of putting funds in the account then buying the Bitcoin. Iv not had any issues with them so far but as a backup I will switch to bitpand

I had been using bankntransfer all along and never had any problems. Then they started blocking my send requests for 72 hours but I could get by this by verifying my id. Had to do it every time though. Now they start this 5 day shit. No reason to either. I’ve verified my id with driving licence about 10 times, it’s the same bank I’ve used about 15 times, same laptop, same IP address, same browser, etc etc. They’re quick to take the money then charge you fees though. I’ve now set up with bitpanda and managed to verify my account, buy bitcoin and send the funds straight away. I’d steer well clear of Coinbase, they don’t sort anything out either. You have to wait days for a moronic response via a ticket. No phone help whatsoever.

I only had to verify my passport once but had to wait two months before my limit was raised from £50 a week to £150 now so happy days for me. There defo needs to be a easier way to buy Bitcoin an not show ID, the last time went to Amsterdam I got over €600 An not once did I have to show ID.

Just be careful. They’re now sitting on my £300 for at least 5 days before I can even just put it back in my bank. Had to resell the bitcoin so lost about £10 in fees altogether at least. That’s if I get my £300 back.

I'm using coinomi and its has been very good so far. You can buy directly using your credit card or bank card. Hower the last transaction has been stuck at 'awaiting confirmation' now for 24 hours. It's been approved but cant do a thing with it. Driving me nuts! This is related to the exchange I believe so unrelated to the company.. I think.

Yeah they hold my funds for 5 days now before i can transfer them elsewhere. Can see them losing alot of custom because it seems to be happening with alot of people. Pain in the ass.
