You should always shield yourself behind a VPN/tor for everything but remember VPN's don't hide you, not really. Just as Bitcoins aren't truly anonymous.

I would suggest you do as there is only one reason not to secure your connection, either via a robust VPN on TOR, and that is it takes less effort. There are many reasons to secure it.

It's my belief those in charge be kind of letting this happen, the online weed market I mean. I may be wrong but it would not be too hard to at least disrupt, if not take down, this busy thriving marketplace. As a purchaser of relatively small amounts I couldn't give rats arse if they know what I'm up to as there is no punishment for it anyway. When was the last time someone got done for possession in their own home? Never in my lifetime or group of friends ...ever. But as a precaution both for myself and for the sellers, who are probably ok anyway, I use Tor and a VPN and I suggest you do the same if you can...but if you can't fuck it go for it.

As a buyer I'm sure you're ok without one. However, I do think It's good practice to use a VPN in general and they're pretty cheap so I don't see any reason not to use one.

If you do decide to get a VPN make sure you look into the company before hand. Some big VPN companies have cooperated with police and attempted to covered up data breaches in the past.

Nah just use a standard browser it is just as safe and since biggy is on the light side of the net(yeah i have no idea how lol) then its already in the open.

If you can use a VPN do so would be my suggestion as it shouldnt flag with an ISP, think it's less of a flag than using tor

I'd assume your ISP would know if you were using tor, could be wrong. I'm so used to using VPN I would do it instinctively.

Yeah they can see what you connect to, but I doubt they actively keep a log of all of their customers who connect to a proxy. Same with Royal Mail supposedly flagging people that check tracking a few times, I don't think that happens either.

More than likely mate. In all honesty I'm not a tor user don't really feel I need to be. Always used VPN for download purposes but only really to get over location limits, so just force of habit
