Turns out this fella left the 1/10 because his order placed on a Thursday didn't arrive the next day. (which with the policy we had at the time would've been sent on the Friday, the 10pm cutoff policy didn't come into place until the 9th of Feb which was a Sunday... 2 days after he ordered.)

User is "lp9319", if you don't want your ratings sabotaged because of an impatient customer (their order is still in transit and has been since Friday) do not serve this customer up. just to clarify for everyone: i placed my order on thursday, before the vendor’s new cutoff policy even existed, so it should’ve been handled under the old process. also, ur point about the 10 pm cutoff policy coming in on the 9th is irrelevant. i ordered on the 6th, so that policy doesn’t even apply to my order. they claim it was sent friday, but tracked 24 means next-day delivery, so even with delays, it should’ve been here by now.

i only left the 1/10 as a placeholder because i was being ignored and had no idea what was going on. lb allows u to edit ratings for a reason, and i fully intended to adjust it once i got my package. instead of replying or sorting this out, the vendor ignored me for days and then tried to publicly shame me. if this is how they handle things, this definitely isn't the right shop for me. glad to take my business elsewhere

You do realise T24 is a 1-3 day service? If you wanted your product the next day, you should find a vendor who provides Special Delivery by 1pm (which we do not provide).

We aim to deliver T24 within 24 hours of receipt, and we meet that target 88% (roughly) of the time. We will not regard a parcel as late until 10 working days have passed.

RM state that with Tracked 24, they aim to deliver next day. That's not a guarantee, you want 100% guarantee, you prefer Special Next Day Delivery. That's why it's more expensive. Sure, should've arrived on Monday, but it'll arrive today. Did you even ask SotL to track it for you? Or just straight in go with a 1/10? You clearly don't understand how reviews work.

However, not even SNDD is 100%. RM can fuck you over at the drop of a hat.

I always slap orders in a day or two before i would before to avoid this, even then it still happens.

like i said numerous times, i adjust my reviews AFTER trying the product. i received a horrible beforehand service. if the weed is "bomb" like this guy claims, i would've adjusted. but the way he has handled this and publicised this is horrible and i will be editing my review to mention the terrible experience i have received here. all he had to do was NOT publicise it and i would've gave the guy an honest rating after trying but not anymore. extremely poor handling and name calling on his part. i am simply just a guy wanting weed and he has to criticise me for that and ignore my messages for days on end while still being active on the platform. why is the edit review feature on lb? do you know? you don't know any more than me.

Lp9319, The key word here is patience and you have not shown it. Unfortunately 3/4 day waiting time is not enough regardless of the type of delivery. Also the fact that sotl did not reply to your messages immediately cannot be considered a valid reason to review an item without even having tried it. I usually wait 1 week for the parcels to arrive but this time the wait has increased to 2 weeks due to a series of circumstances beyond our control, so you just have to wait. I’m now waiting my parcel too (without weed since yesterday) however I took the opportunity to do a little t-break, considering it's the only thing I can do at the moment. The difference between you and me is that I trust my seller...you not so much I must say 😉
